Ordered a couple parts for my truck said they’d be in the next day, had everything ready called the around 9 am no parts, waited a while no parts, spoke to a women who said they’d call when parts arrived, checked a couple more times no parts. Called after I have now waited all day and they are there…. But got no phone call of any sort. Bad business, the nice guy I spoke to yesterday that told me 930-10 they’d be arriving from their Mega Hub or Hub, I live an hour and a half away and I had to call to find out the parts arrived after they told me I’d get a call. Thanks for all your help. This will be the last time I use AutoZone.

I was replacing a CV joint and halfway through realized the new axle nut was 6 point instead of 12 point. I made it to AutoZone just in time and the staff was beyond helpful in locating the correct socket! Thanks to them, I finished the project that evening.

Stephanie and the crew at this Rockland Maine AutoZone are the absolute best! I was broken down with a 66 Mack truck and they directed me to the best place to go to get the tire changed and they were they took the time to brainstorm with me and help me figure out what the problem was made a phone call on my behalf. They are the greatest!!!!

I just bought a new wiper blade that I needed because it broke yesterday. When I purchased it the nice man Joe offered to put it on for me too! I offered to pay for this but he didn't want it. They have done similar things like that in the past. Auto Zone in Rockland is the best they will always get my business.

I came in for a battery replacement late evening on a Saturday and received incredible professional service from an associate named Heather. She helped me choose the correct battery for my vehicle, then removed the old one and replaced it with the new battery. Removing the old battery was quite complicated, but Heather took her time and figured it all out. She spent a considerable amount of time helping me and for that I could not be more appreciative. That is the second time that I have gone to this location and received incredible customer service. Thank you Heather and the Auto Zone Rockland Maine team!
