Went in to get an oil change on my Subaru Outback. The technician mistakenly drained the transmission fluid, and overfilled the undrained motor oil. When the car made a horrible noise on starting, the technicians figured out what happened and went to the autoparts store to refill the transmission fluid. I leave after paying full price for the oil change, but the car isn't behaving normally. I end up taking it to the dealer in Bath. The dealer said there was not enough fluid and also the wrong type. 2 stars because the technicians TRIED to fix their mistake. Who knows what lasting damage occurred from this careless mistake.

I've only used the drive-thru car wash here, but it was quick and efficient and I was on my way with a clean car.
There's also some self-serve car wash bays and coin-op vacuums.

Worst oil change I have ever received. Three of my friends had complained to me about express lube not giving enough oil to their customers. I had been going there for oil changes for a while, so I didn’t listen. About a month after my oil change I went to my regular mechanic with a few new issues and he said I had 1 quart of oil in my car. There isn’t a leak. They shorted me three quarts of oil and caused lots of damage to my engine because of it. This place should be shut down. If I could give 0 stars I would.Service: Oil change

I pulled up to get my oil changed, they didn’t tell me to turn off my car. They continued to drain the oil with the engine on!

This place is by far the worst customer services ever. Everytime I go there I get into an altercation with there employee Eddie Colson. The guy should not be working with people. That place will loose tons of business as long as he remains employed there.
