We stayed during the Lobster Fest this past year (2017) and had a great time. The Room was clean, the breakfast was good, the fire pit at night was a welcome surprise. The staff was alway helpful.

Laura at the front desk saved our nights! They are the most accommodating, friendly, and helpful staff I have ever dealt with at ANY hotel. Not to mention a glorious view of the bay. The one-two punch of staying here and eating at Cafe Miranda cannot be beat.

I don't understand why this place can't get a facelift. It looks dingy and worn on the front. The locks on the room doors don't work well and the doors stick. Rooms smell. The patio chairs were nasty dirty. The staff were friendly, and it is pet friendly (maybe that's why my room smelled like dog).
