“What a friendly, helpful technician Mr Flyn was on 12/30/25 during service to our Stockton Springs Maine condo. Our propane fireplace wasn’t staying lit & he allowed me to video tape his service to share with my spouse later that day. I did request Mr. Flyn mask up as our visiting grandson is immune compromised. He readily got the N95 mask from his truck. My only reason for a 4 out of 5 review was that i would’ve liked him to automatically enter my home putting on removable boot covers to keep my floor/carpet clean. It may add a few extra minutes during a service but much needed & appreciated by homeowners.”
