Safe Harbor Rockland is a beautiful, first-class marina on Penobscot Bay. It is a gated facility offering transient and seasonal dockage, described as the nicest marina many have encountered. The staff and dockhands are outstanding, going above and beyond with friendly, helpful, and unparalleled customer service. Amenities are five-star plus, featuring spotless bath houses and laundry with extra touches. The marina provides useful courtesy cars for guests. While the moorings are a bit far from land, the wonderful facility has everything needed. The on-site dock restaurant is also incredible. Guests are impressed and plan to return, loving their stay at this award-winning marina.

I had to pull in here yesterday unexpectedly and leave my boat for the week. Chris the dockmaster was super accommodating and helpful, and has checked on her a few times (as she’s my first boat). Docks are in great shape, the place is clean. Can’t say enough about it! 💯

First Class in service and amenities! Chris and his staff go above and beyond and are always smiling. Laundry, bath house are spotless with extra fab touches such as towels, bath mats and Nespresso coffee! ☕🌞

The marina is on the small side and the moorings a bit far from land but the service is outstanding. The manager Chris and his staff are very helpful and friendly. They also provide a company car which is useful.
I recently joined safe Harbor but wherever I went I was impressed with the level of customer service.
