Angie was a tremendous help with a small print job. She walked me through all the self-service steps to get the item from my cell phone to the printed page.

Pam at print department WAS AMAZING!!!! Totally rocks. I was stressed and that doesn’t mix with technology. She totally took care of what I needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Extremely poor customer service worst experience I've ever encountered, the cashier today was was Very rude! !!!I'm not usually one to leave a bad review anywhere, however, this was just ridiculous.After going back to complete my return the lady was extremely pleasant, however, the man that was rude was not wearing a name badge, perhaps he would be held accountable or point out his rudeness if you could approach him.

Short staffed always. But the lack of customer service is always apparent - sometimes downright rude. I wish there was another closer UPS drop-off that took QR codes, because I would not be setting my feet in this store again.

I Am so disappointed in this Staples , this place used to be great . I honestly not sure this issue but the few recent trips there employees are always sitting in a chair behind the counter . The questions I ask (basic simple ) employees don't know were items are or about them ! I order cards yesterday with a confirmation of 6:30pm today called around lunch time , they said would be ready today . Stopped in after work before I went home , they couldn't find the order then the girl said would be ready in a few days .. Not happy Staples

I needed some property lots enlarged from their original format. I was helped by Angie. Angie was amazing. She was very attentive to my needs, listened carefully and was very pleasant to work with. While I was there, I witnessed Angie working very well with a bunch of other customers, while continuing to keep me engaged and multitasking to complete 3 other projects simultaneously! A++ customer service! You rock, Angie! Staples should give you a raise for all that you do!

Today I lugged a very very large box into the store to be returned to Amazon. I saw a man standing in there, with his arms folded and thought he was a customer but still might have offered to help an 81 yo woman. One of the young ladies who work there came right over and helped carry it. At that point the man broke from his posing and said "oh, I'm in a dream world". I believe he might even be the manager. As I was leaving, the store was getting busy and he was still standing there, as if posing. The three women working there were very busy and very business like and helpful, not only to me but other customers.

When a business is open and offers services without restricted hours for certain services, I think closing down some of their operations before the store is closed, lacks any care for customer service. Driving in from out-of-town (adding to my frustration) to print something and this was my experience. Is this their normal conduct and is this what's dictated by corporate policy? Waste of my time and gas. Come on, get with it!

Hours posted on their door say they are open until 7:00pm on Mondays, yet by 6:30pm, they had the doors blockaded and were vacuuming away pretending like I wasn't there during what was supposed to their open business hours.
