And then there’s chapter 2…
A few days later my driver’s side windshield wiper blade begins to fail. So I pop back into the shop on the off chance they have a replacement. My M5 BMW can limit me to choice given the nature of the car and BMW’s affinity for expensive OEM parts and service.
But once again Eastern had it covered. Both blades replaced with a genuine smile in 10 minutes for literally half the price I would pay at a BMW dealer.
