Went to this location for phone issues and the ladies were very rude and did not help with a solution. Needless to say I'm switching carriers.

Switched carriers to US Cellular, new phone number included and have received constant spam calls (2-3 per hour) since having it for less than 24 hours. Have spent the last hour calling the store with no answer, no voicemail option and a menu that just circles you back. Terrible first start with a new company.

Been going to the Rockland store for about 20 years; was horrified how my family and I were treated there today. We won't be back. Was glad to purchase my new S22, and replace my daughter's iPhone, at the Thomaston store. The Thomaston folks treated us like family, the way customers ought to be.
