Scanned package as out for delivery, then it updates and said preparing for delivery. So they sent it out but decided to not send it. Delivery time changed 3 time and stopped showing if they will deliver it at all. Don’t think they even know what they are doing over there. I wish Amazon would let you choose who to ship an item with. I don’t have these problems with UPS or FedEx

Do not use USPS in Rockland Maine.
My parcel arrived July 2. At the post office. They did not deliver with the remark
" not able to deliver". My order would be ready for pick up at post office.
Went to post office on the 5th, was told package is out for delivery.
Sorry never got my package!!!!
I love FedEx, this never happened with them before.

Keep having more issues with them not delivering packages to the porch when they don't fit in locker. Rescheduled delivery on website and they didn't even attempt redelivery or communicate when date passed. Just says it's rescheduled for a date that came and went and they've done nothing still, days later. Filed a case today but that will take 2-3 days to hear from them, if I do. It's been almost 2 weeks for 2-3 day delivery and still waiting.

I am here very often and the staff is always extremely helpful! Even in confusing or stressful situations, they manage to keep things moving forward and try their best to help you. Also bonus points for how kind they are to the elderly… patience and sweetness is unmatched!

8/31/23 12:03pm. I’m dealing with a lost package. The USPS employee I spoke to was kind and understanding. They went and called the carrier who said they thinks they made a mistake and they will be there today to look at it. My problem was swiftly dealt with. I’m so thankful for the service I got today.
