Have had very positive experiences with the pharmacy and the clerks. It can be a bit of a wait but I’m semi-retired so it’s not usually an issue for me.

Ugh…. I understand staff shortness in the area. I get it. But why text my phone the day prior to me showing up to get my son’s script, saying it is ready? Only to find out, it’s not really ready.. then I had to wait another half hour when they said 15 minutes it would be ready. I ran here as a single mom on my lunch break and my time is valuable as I can’t miss work and spent my whole lunch break waiting on meds that they said were ready for pickup. Very frustrating! Their customer service has a lot to be desired.

Every time I’m here I stand for five minutes before anyone acknowledges my existence. I understand if you’re busy but, don't ignore the customer. They are not very friendly either. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this one needed writing.
I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Dot was incredibly rude to me and my poor friend earlier today. Disgraced by the service frankly, never will return. Walgreens please consider the staff you hire - day RUINED. Do better.

Always a great experience! Been using this store for years. Really friendly workers <3 *edit* I moved out of town and miss going in just about every day. Still great and going strong fix the roof and you'll stop having to repair the floor. You're getting nowhere with the patch job. Just work that'll never be done until you fix the structural issues with the building. It is a franchise I know you rake in enough with that location put the money back into the property because it sure as hell isn't shown in your workers wages. Your turnover rate with part time staff tells me that. The work they do doesn't reflect the pay they earn. Put your money where your mouth is or get bent Mr. Monopoly. We beat you once we'll do it again bigger this time and those frocks are straight quivering. Remember storming area 51? Naruto running?

I typically like Walgreens. But the Rockland location is a different breed. I received notification of a fed ex delivery for me that was rerouted to Walgreens because I wasn’t home. I went in to collect my package but some battle-axe, let’s call her Linda, would not release the package to me because I didn’t have the tracking number. She literally had the package in her hands, checked my ID (which matched 100% to the name and address on the package) but wouldn’t release the package because I didn’t know the tracking number.Left for a two week work trip later that day. When I returned today, Linda had sent my package back.Turns out it was a surprise gift to all the groomsmen for my upcoming friend’s wedding. And thanks to Linda’s stalwart tracking number requirement I will be the only groomsmen without the item. Thanks Linda! Not sure why you felt compelled to keep someone’s package from being delivered; why it affected you at all even? But your hall-monitor position on preventing people from receiving their gifts was 100% effective. Congratulations Linda on ruining someone else’s life-moment.Bless your heart.
