“What an amazing concept! Took our dog, who isn't terribly fond of water, and by the end of the 45 minute session he was feeling visibly more confident. Great for older dogs to maintain flexibility, and joint function without so much impact. Plus, they sleep well after! Win!”

“Dropped in for a class while I was visiting! AWESOME people and coach. Everyone was friendly. The facility is everything you want for CrossFit and the programming was lots of fun (in a hard, you are miserable while doing it kind of way). Can’t wait to come back for another great workout!”
