“There is a Pharmacy closer to my house.  But I have found that Pen Bay is well worth driving a bit more.  Any employee I've talked with has been professional, friendly, and helpful.  And even when they are obviously very busy (answering phones and dealing with waiting customers), they listen and explain things without sounding stressed.  Their service is very much appreciated.”

“I had an amazing experience when buying a lift chair. The chair I wanted wasn’t in the showroom but one appeared the very next day, ready for delivery to my home. This is all thanks to Kathy Follet. She is amazing at her job. She listens and understood my needs! I am extremely grateful for the help I received from her and the delivery personnel.”

They care about forming lasting relationships with each. & Come to a name to name basis, even if you havnt been there in some time! Make sure you have everything & anything that they can do on their end to make sure your taken care of! Care more for the people than the dollar! ??”

“Pretty decent grocery store. I can't complain at all about it. Well, maybe that they only have one checkout for 14+ items. I went to the self checkout, which is huge. 8+ self checkout registers.”

“This pharmacy is great - I get the standard shots here. All the pharmacists are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient - and good at giving quick, not painful shots. Note that the bad reviews of others are 4 to 8 years old.”
