Great choices and helpful staff. I'm vegetarian and it was good to see that they have vegetarian pre-made meal options, like these veggie spring rolls. These were very good.

I love the prepared meals you guys make n love the best the salmon meal although it need another leaf or two of spinach.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a nice variety of produce. They're frozen. Baked goods right up by the front door are also surprisingly high quality as long as you buy Nature's Promise or the Maine Pie Company
