I used to have a four-star experience here. However, one older woman who works here in the morning has made this a one-star experience. She is surely, rude and on a good day, at best she is cantankerous. She has no customer service skills. She will belittle the customers. Today she had trouble ringing in my rewards cards for my discount. She kept having to do it over and over again and I told her I'll just pay the extra cuz I need to leave for work. I actually had to yell at her telling her you're making me late for work I just want to pay and go meanwhile behind me there's a probably about 10 people deep well she screwed around with a cash register. I normally bypass the Cumberland Farms in Lewiston because it's parking lot is full. I'm going here from now on even if the cars are backed up down the street 10 MI do not patronize this Cumberland Farms

CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!If you are going to change your hours, and completely close down the store on multiple nights, then don’t keep it listed as 24hours online.I went out of my way to drive here to support you. You were supposed to be open.But alas, you are not.If your coffee wasn’t so good and cheap, I would never come back.

I went in for a break yesterday morning. As usual, the area doesn't recognize mask policies. Yes, there is a plastic partition at the register, but one of the female employees was out on the floor having a full and boisterous conversation with a customer/ friend who walked around the whole food and coffee area doing tasks unmasked. Thanks for not only working unmasked, but going out of your way to have as much extra conversational breathing unmasked as possible. I am sharing robustly and will remember your lack of concern as a store when all of this is over...

WOW, the blonde girl with the ponytail is the worst. I think her name tag said Kelsey. Don't bother asking her any questions, she's as rude as they come. Not sure how she gets away with it.
