The Settlement is a great little spot and country market, described as a hidden gem that reminds some of childhood. It is a gas station restaurant with a real kitchen and seating, not fine dining, but the food is much better than usual. Multiple reviews highlight it as hands down the best breakfast, with one calling it the best bacon, egg, and cheese ever. The food is always so good, fresh, and delicious, with large servings that provide great value. Menu highlights include Chester's fried chicken tenders, jojo's, pizza slices, a veggie omelette, and pancakes. The staff and workers are consistently noted as friendly, kind, warm-hearted, and attentive. The place is clean and offers a quick, worthwhile experience with not too long of a wait. It is a very friendly and awesome place that customers highly recommend and plan to return to.
Foodies take note: They had Chester's fried chicken tenders & jojo's - chicken you can't find anywhere else around here. It was fresh & delicious, as well as their pizza slices. Staff were friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by all the other selections on their menu too and will be back!

Great little spot. Food is always so good and everyone who works there is great. Hands down BEST breakfast!! One of our fav things about sabattus.

The breakfast here is so good! the workers are really kind and warm-hearted, there's not too long of a wait it's worth it for how good the food is. I recommend a 100% to come here for breakfast.
