“I purchased my Chevy Equinox about 5 years ago, used. Everything was perfect! I did end up having something go wrong with a break, and Richard had it taken care of immediately! He is very upfront and does everything he can to make sure the used car is in its best shape for a used car. 5 years later, the only thing I have had to do is the mileage suggestions to keep a long lasting vehicle. I will certainly return when I need another vehicle. His prices are nice. If I had to give a negative? “So let me start by saying this review is long overdue! I would not hesitate to buy another car here. They are straight shooters. I had been looking for a Challenger for months. Almost nothing of what I was looking for was to be found in this great state of Maine. At least until my son spotted one here! So over I went. A young salesman met me in the parking lot. His name was Zack. I talked that poor man's ear off for over an hour! He didn't even care that it was getting so close to closing time. He was absolutely awesome in every way!! They let me test drive, which I really appreciated, because this was not the type of car you let just anybody drive. But they could tell I was serious and they trusted me. That made me feel pretty warm and fuzzy. I needed to think about it overnight. The next day Zack was off, so I spoke with the owner. Again, straight shooter! Also a very nice guy. Seemed very trustworthy. Had to make up my mind, so decided to go with it. Came back and finalized with Zack, which went very smoothly and quickly. Car was washed AND filled with gas! Makes a person change their mind about any hesitation about a smaller dealer. After experiences like this, I prefer them more. More personal. At least this dealer was. So a big thanks to them for helping to make this happen!”
“Been driving around my sweet 2010 Corolla S for almost a month now - great on gas, fun with stick shift, a lot of life left in her. I love the sun roof. Sounds good too. They brought this one in from NC so the underside was in really good shape and mileage is just under 100k. Hoping to get to 300k. Corollas have never let me down. Price on this one was great! “Was on trip to Acadia (5 hours from home) and we stopped off highway to let our dogs take a bathroom break. On way back to highway our van shook and all of a sudden our check engine light went on. We happened to be driving by and pulled in to make sure we could continue the drive (3 hours away) safely. DJ was so nice and took 20 minutes to look under hood and hooked van up to see if there was anything serious. We got a clean bill of health to continue our trip and will have vehicle more thorough checked when we get home . Appreciate how kind they were and they took time out of their busy day to help tourists!”
