“I scheduled an appointment to fix a nail in my tire and I appreciated them squeezing me in during the busy season when everybody's trying to get their winter tires on and when I came back they told me I had two Nails in my tire not just one and then I asked how much it was and they said it was nothing! I said what?! And they said that just for the past few months they started doing free flat repairs at that particular location and I was really surprised and very grateful for that service! So I appreciate Maggie and the other folks who worked on my car! I've been a customer there for a long while and will continue to do so”
“They were easy to work with not pushy. My only complaint is that it didn’t seem as if Sondra was fully comfortable with the new Tiguan certain things I had to learn on my own such as how the heated side mirrors worked or the auto high beams. All very minor items but for someone who is not as tech comfortable as I might be I can see where this maybe frustrating.”

I called and spoke to Aaron Smith in the service center. He was kind, respectful and listened to my concerns. I am very happy with the service I received from Aaron and the team at Patriot Subaru.”
“Popped my tire down road from Paulins. Gave Paulin's a call right as they were closing. Mark Paulin proceeded to come out to where I was stuck with my popped tire, assisted me with jacking up my car and even helped replace the tire with my spare. He insisted I come back to the shop to fill the spare with it's proper air pressure. They then immediately helped with getting a new tire ordered for my vehicle which at this time was after hours. I was already a big fan of their work and service they've done on my cars in the past. This just further cements their dedication and commitment to providing amazing customer service. They have an amazing team there and I will always recommend Paulins!”

“Unfortunately, my vehicle left the service department after 3 hours today with the same issue we brought it in with. The staff were very friendly, but they were very busy and it seems they weren’t as thorough as they could have been. Told us they couldn’t recreate the sputter that happens when my car reaches 15-25mph. I asked if they hooked it up to the diagnostic tool and the gentleman said, “They had it for 3 hours so I’m sure they tried everything”. The bill does not specify if they did or not. Thankful they didn’t charge us the quoted diagnostic price of $155, but disappointed we wasted 3 hours to be told there is nothing wrong. The issue happened for us again the moment we pulled out of their lot ?. Again, not saying I wouldn’t recommend them because I believe they just had an overwhelming day but just a bit disappointed.”

He went through every bell and whistle and didn’t rush through it. The finance team when signing paperwork was also excellent and didn’t push the extras that he knew wouldn’t make sense for me! “The man saved me a lot of money. I had a screw in my tire and was losing air fast. Got me in at a moments notice on a Saturday night and repaired my tire for me saving me from potentially needing to replace the tire if it went fully flat, having to get my car towed somewhere to have a new tire put on, and missing at least a day of work. I'll definitely be going back the next time I need work done.”

“All went well for first visit after purchasing our new RAV4. It was time for the first oil change and tire rotation that is part of the two year warranty. They also encouraged a wheel alignment for $129 that I thought was just a way for the dealership to make some money so I passed. Otherwise all went well.”
“Oh my gosh! I had the best experience with RP Bell. They got me a quote on the damage within a week, and booked me for the appointment within 2 weeks, and were done early! They helped handle the insurance piece, coordinated the rental car to arrive when I was there, and Jake, my appraiser, was super friendly and clearly loves what he does! They even cleaned the inside of my car and windshield -- what a pleasant surprise for me! My car has never looked better. I'll definitely be recommending them for anyone who needs services!”
