I took my Ford CMAX to Bill Dodge in Saco on Nov 10 for an inspection, Everyone was very nice and respectful, and my car passed inspection. However, the next day my dashboard light came on for a soft tire. What a difference a day makes! Usually I am very satisfied with the service I receive at Bill Dodge, but the tire problem was surprising so soon after inspection. Disappointing!

We moved from Colorado to Maine and needed a new vehicle. Cary Ribblett was very genuine, friendly, informative, and no pressure. Best car buying/leasing experience I've ever had! I'd give 10 stars, if able to!

Our client advisor, Frank Sandoval, was great. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly and kept us up to date on our order. When it was ready, Frank reviewed the features, settings, etc with us. Frank was informative and patient with us.While I was test driving, my wife observed and overheard the sales manager, Eric Angis, come over to Frank about getting us to finance. To her, it came across as rude. This financial decision was a big one for us. So we did take a good amount of time consulting one another.Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and the service we received. Frank was great to work with.

Bill Dodge was very easy to work with. Their vehicles are priced competitively and they had a good selection in stock. We worked with Frank who was friendly but not pushy, which we really appreciated.

I actually called my mother on the way home to tell her how happy I am with the dealership. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue, and every aspect of the purchase has been good. I didn't feel pressured when making the purchase, and the service since has been excellent. They even identified a small issue today and are going to take care of it for me next week. I might become a loyal Nissan buyer.

First off I had an appointment at 7:30 am. I drove about an hour to the Westbrook service center. I was then told that I didn’t have an appointment there. The customer service department looked into it. I was told that it was at the Saco location. I was not told this when I made my appointment. So, off to Saco. Waited about 3 1/2 hours. Next when I went to get into my vehicle I noticed a piece of metal hanging down from underneath my truck. Went back inside to inquire about it. Then was told that the service technicians were all out to lunch and I would have to wait for them to return. The staff were polite but it was just a bad experience all the way around.

While traveling to the area on vacation, I experienced car trouble. Not knowing where to go or who I could trust. I had a bad experience with a dealership in my home state so I was hesitant to go to a dealer. I am so happy I went to Bill Dodge. They were so professional and courteous. I was so happy with them. Their service manager was incredible and has phenomenal customer service skills. Thank you for taking such great care of my car while I was traveling through the area!

I just bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and had a great experience. I took my time in making a decision and came to see the car several times, and nobody at this dealership was pushy or rude. James was awesome!

Awesome experience overall! My salesperson, Amanda, went above and beyond to put me at ease with the process. Her optimism was contagious and made for a fun time, which for me, made all the difference. If you're in the market for a new automobile, I highly recommend this dealership. Chris, the manager went to bat for me to get creative financing to make my Jeep dreams come true!After the purchase, they followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied and to offer their time if I had any questions. I'll be back next time I need another car!!!

I brought my car in today for an oil change and had an email from a few weeks ago about getting a free cabin filter. I tried calling on a Saturday to make the appointment, when they returned my call on Monday the 10th, I couldn’t get in until 8/1. I asked if they would honor the deal and was told yes by the person on the phone. I was told today when I went for my appointment that it expired. I tried to explain that the 8/1 appointment was the first I could get. Too bad, I missed it. It’s not my fault you couldn’t schedule me before the end of the month! Bait and switch is all I can think of. Also while I wait for the service to be done I went to look at new cars in the lot. Do salespeople work from home now too? No one even approached me. So it is my thought that you all need some lessons in customer service. Sometimes going a little above and beyond will get you some good will and repeat customers. So I will be looking elsewhere for a new vehicle. Port City Nissan in Portsmouth has always treated me well and now that I am retired I don’t mind driving to them for service.

As a customer who bought a car from their family of dealerships in April 2022, with all services done at local branch of dealership, I was really disappointed when I called my most local service center after my car experienced trouble and needed to be towed, with only 67k miles. I explained the emissions warning light came on while driving on Sunday and power to the car diminished 30 miles from home. I asked if it would be possible to have the car towed to the lot with, or have the next available appointment, and was told it would be weeks before it could be looked at. I really hoped they would of worked me, and would taken any reasonable appointment. Now I am left to find somewhere else to service my car. My family has all bought cars from this family of dealerships and I feel like I have been let down when I really needed a bit of help.

I am so thankful for Eric at Bill Dodge Nissan, of Saco. ! He was amazing, and helped in every way possible. I was so nervous buying a vehicle, it had been years, but Eric made it so easy, and stress free. I drove off the lot, with the most beautiful vehicle. I am so thankful I chose Bill Dodge!

We purchased a used vehicle from Bill Dodge and added a service package. They recently called me to remind me the inspection was coming due and for my birthday sent me a mini detail. I easily made an appointment for inspection, service and detail. Mike, my service advisor arranged for me a ride home and no much later they were picking me up when it was finished. The detail was great and looked brand new. Thanks Bill Dodge, Mike and Jeff.
