Just moved to the neighborhood and needed to find a reliable shop to mount my summer tires. As someone who's always done all their own maintenance whenever possible, I hate turning over my keys to someone else. Bob's was great from the start with setting the initial appoinment, taking care of the job (even rewrapped and loaded my winter tires back up!) and even provided some great car talk when I came back to pick up my vehicle. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend this shop!

Way too expensive, and I don't really trust that they are being honest with me. I've gone several times with several different vehicles. Last time I went they did a horrible alignment. If you want your car to pass inspection, go somewhere else. Something will be wrong, and it will be expensive. Friendly and efficient, however, so two stars instead of one.

Excellent service from scheduling the car appointment to their spotless reception, friendly staff. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours and they had the car back to me same day. Highly recommend them.

Stay away. Just stay away. Made the mistake of going here instead of my regular place. Ended in him escalating a question into a hostile situation and demanding I go inside where he's the only other person when there was no reason to go inside. He was trying to create one where none existed. Fellow women will understand. Not to mention I'm being told something's broken that was just fixed. I cant speak to every employee, but this guy was behaving in a manner that was threatening and intentionally creating a situation that didn't need to be.
