I dropped in for an open mat and was impressed with the facility. Clean mats, nice locker rooms, showers etc. the people were friendly and the level of jiu jitsu was good. Looking forward to visiting again.

There are a wide variety of options cardio, weights, boxing, etc. Never seems to be overcrowded and there is a mix of very fit and just starting out also a wide age variation.

We went at sunset. Gorgeous view. Food was good but not as impressive as the view.
