Rarely go into the bank but they have always been helpful when we need it. One time they notarized a document for us. Another time they scanned paperwork needed for a refi. Once needed to convert swiss francs to dollars and the teller told me I could take it to the airport and convert it less expensively. Good customer service.

Just went through the drive through and had possibly the worst service I've ever had at a bank ever. Teller buczeki had a really bad attitude including eye rolling and very very rude

The irony of this branch being on Scam-man street is not lost on me. I've been with Key for 5 years and after the service at this location, I'm very tempted to change that.

Very friendly staff. Good customer service. Opened a new account in response to an incentive offer that had been mailed to me. Only wish is that they stay open past 5:00 one night per week. It would make things much easier.

Got a promo code on the mail and opened a new checking account. The relationship manager, Kyle Cone, was very professional, on time, and made the entire process super simple. I strongly recommend this branch/bank.

Been coming here since 1977. Part of Key Bank nationwide and totally ignored. Same flag in building since at least 1977. Used to be only tax repository for decades. Awesome staff, 99% of time, tho' employees swapped around like playing cards, so hard to keep up with them. Many small corporate accounts, but national ownership squeezing goodwill of local businesses, almost as if they don't care and are just waiting to find excuse to shut it down. Very antagonistic "feel" when I have to deal outside of bank with National level people. Why I have staff step in on issues--calling outside of bank is huge hassle. They treat employees cashing checks who do not have an account, with employer WITH account, like 2nd class citizens, with subtle implication that they SHOULD have account there. Not the staff, they are gracious, the RULES are stifling. I get hard sell every few months to move investments there. As IF. Tried it years ago, was screwed over 9 ways from Sunday...And have finance background. Great to use if you need nationwide bank, better than Bank of America by a hair...

I had a very bad experience with this bank. My father had invested in a CD and an investment account at this bank . Representatives from the bank tried to prevent me from using my valid power of attorney for my father and tried everything they could to prevent me for accessing the accounts. The branch manager even called me an obscene name accidentally when she thought she had put me on hold while I was waiting for her on the phone. Even after their attorney had instructed the branch that the power of attorney was valid, they insisted on reviewing it for a second time, costing me interest on the funds in the CD. The Keybank broker is Clay King. Do NOT do business with him. He is especially difficult.
