They were lovely! Answered all of my many questions in a timely manner. The movers the day of were extremely lovely and professional. Even when we emailed saying we had been charged for something we did not receive during our move Liberty Bell immediately refunded us, no hassle at all.We will be using them again for all future moves!

They came 7 hours late with 2 untrained movers, age 16.They broke my TV, acknowledged it, but I have never beenPaid for the damage. All my knives and cutlery were missing and nothing was packed carefully—2 broken lamps, broken glass. In frames- I’m only asking for reimbursement for the TV. I was dealing with an office in Windham. No one answers the phone there- for weeks.***** *****

I used them to do a local move about 3 miles and I paid for 3 professional movers and I got 1 with his 14 year old son who knew nothing about moving. It was by the hour and it took them 14 hours. It was 3 rooms of furniture, 2 rooms of boxed items from our move from the Midwest 4 months earlier and probably 10 pieces of furniture and maybe 10 boxes in the walkout basement. It was a horrible experience. I would definitely not use them.

Caution to anyone who considers them. They were fined 125,000 for threatening customers who left negative reviews and their own business Twitter account post extremist conspiracy theories regularly.

We used this company in 2020 for a 2 hour move for $200. Used them again in 2023... This guy is a con artist, and he flags every bad review a customer leaves so his business doesn't look bad. He charged us an additional $200 without us authorizing the charges after we paid a $500 security deposit for just a 2-hour moving help. He's been sued by the state of Maine for $125,000 and he tried to fight the case without a lawyer and lost bad. Then fled to North Carolina to hide out. His very own employees told us how much of a con artist he is and how he even scammed them into moving to Maine and working for him. Don't use them. Notice all his negative posts he claims are "FAKE" and a video link to Youtube talking about people posting fake reviews on Yelp and Google. Kevin is a straight up coward and refuses to take responsibility for his fraud. My wife and I are really considering reaching out to Maines AG about his business practices.

Liberty Bell Moving was very accommodating during my recent move. They originally were able to book me on my moving date, while other companies were booked out weeks. Then, I had to reschedule twice due to real estate delays, and Liberty Bell made time for me. I originally requested them to move only the heavy furniture, but when they came out to my site, they agreed to move everything during the trip. I appreciated the flexibility. In addition, it was nice to see the team work the movers displayed. They were moving some very heavy items up stairs, and celebrated with each other with fist bumps when they finished. Overall, these guys had a pleasant and friendly attitude while doing a difficult job on hot summer day!

It's unfortunate that I used this company last year and they really were horrible they had 20 million blankets and you think they were going to wrap my furniture in it when they were going less than a mile around the corner and now in desperate measures I have an unfortunate event where I have to move this weekend because they won't renew my lease and they're the only ones available because nobody else wants them and they charged me almost $300 for a botch job It's unfortunate that I used this company last year and they really were horrible they had 20 million blankets and you think they were going to wrap my furniture in it when they were going less than a mile around the corner and now in desperate measures I have an unfortunate event where I have to move this weekend because they won't renew my lease and they're the only ones available because nobody else wants them and they charged me almost $300 for a botch job Thank God I got Bob's moving company

We were very happy with the move Liberty Bell did for us in July 2020. We were downsizing and it was difficult for them to fit everything we wanted moved into our condo but they stayed with it and made adjustments to make us happy. Highly recommend them to anyone needing to move. Bert

Liberty Bell provided services to move my furniture into my condo. The on-line process to get a quote was super easy and I had a response the same day. The two gentleman arrived early (texted to confirm it was okay) and were very professional and quick! The whole experience was effortless and put my mind at ease knowing I didn't have to worry about the "big stuff". I would highly recommend them and already have!
