Here in town 100 miles from home. I had concern of car hesitating at stop sign they got me in next day. They ran lots of tests, found nothing, charged me nothing. I wish they were in my area!

I was on a long road trip from Utah and needed an oil change for my Sprinter van. There are very few places that service diesel engines and those that do are booked out several weeks. I called Lou’s and they got me in and out very quickly. I highly recommend! Thanks Lou!!!

Went there for the first time today and they are awesome! Incredibly efficient, responsive, and they made everything so easy. Jonathan is great, he is super quick to respond if you have any questions. I’ve been searching for a while for a garage I trust and they are going to be my go-to from here on out!

The honesty that these guys have is like no other!
HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this shop. Just remember, they are men, very busy men, running behind the scenes with multiple cars being serviced each day. They may not always be over the top nice and enthusiastic (I also hope that’s not what you look for in a mechanic)- but they will be efficient, fast and most importantly, honest!
Absolutely love going here! Years ago, this is where my family brought all their vehicles. We only stopped due to a close friend opening their shop and we wanted to support them. Since they closed we knew it was safe to return. They welcomed us back, even the newer employees were super welcoming! The honesty that these guys have is like no other- as I started off saying. I was informed in April of this year that my vehicle will eventually in 5 months or so need work done given the miles I put on my vehicle yearly due to work. I would need all new tires, brakes and rotors. I dropped off the car and expected to pay quite a bit for all the parts and labor.
Upon arrival, Jonathan informed me that my vehicle had been miss diagnosed by a former employee and my vehicle did not need brakes or rotors. As a female, I know nothing about cars, especially the parts I cannot see or feel acting differently. They could’ve done the work, pocketed the labor cost and sent me on my way. INSTEAD- they apologized multiple times that I was miss quoted, told incorrect information about work needed and that I did not need the brakes or rotors after all. I don’t know about you- but I will never be upset for saving over $1,000 on vehicle repairs.
Stop looking for your next shop. Take my word, go here, and leave satisfied that you spent what was needed to keep your vehicle safe and on the road!!

They did such an amazing job this company needs to be more praised they are very fair with pricing they are not scumbags like VIP is, and the day that I called that I had to get my brakes fixed they did it on the same day which I was so deeply please for, best mechanics and customer service ever

Lou's Service Center is absolutely the best! They have the friendliest team and are so easy to work with. Great communication, great pricing, and super professional all the way around. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future- highly recommend!

Jonathan and his team totally took care of us. In the way to dropping our daughter off at UNE for her freshman year, she realized her car was making crunching sounds halfway to Maine. Lou’s not only squeezed us in, they made sure to have the necessary parts delivered and our car completed in time for her orientation, 1.5 hours early to boot . If you’re looking for an honest place filled with caring, friendly, kind staff, this is your place. Totally recommend and it’s now our daughter’s go to service center here in Maine.

I went to Lou's for an inspection. Amazing. When my brakes were acting weird, I went back to Lou's. I could barely stop. They took my car, diagnosed and then fixed the problem that day - even though I had no appointment. Again, amazing. Highly recommend this auto service station. They have great customer service, will treat you fairly and they're not expensive. 10/10

What a great place. I'm new to Maine so when my car went down on the Pike I didn't know where to send it. So glad I chose Lou's. It looked like a place to send your car. And boy is it. Fast quality service at a price I could afford to pay. I was back on the road the very next day. 10/10 recommend!! They are my go to Mechanic now.

I had a nail in my tire that needed to be fixed asap, as I tow that vehicle behind a motorhome and was leaving town the next day. I went to their competitor up the street - "I can maybe get you in tomorrow." No bueno. Took it here, in and out and in an hour. Excellent service!!! Highly recommend!
