“We have been going to Patriot for years. This time around my husband went to the dealership to trade in our lease on his own. They were wonderful as always. Since I was not there they offered for me to return to the dealership to learn about my new cars features. I arrived to Matt (who I had never met) coming right out congratulating me on the vehicle my husband had just gotten me. He introduced me to a car tech who then went over all my cars features and there are a few! I appreciated them taking the time to do this!! All of the staff is always friendly and helpful and that is why we keep going back!”

“I scheduled an appointment to fix a nail in my tire and I appreciated them squeezing me in during the busy season when everybody's trying to get their winter tires on and when I came back they told me I had two Nails in my tire not just one and then I asked how much it was and they said it was nothing! I said what?! And they said that just for the past few months they started doing free flat repairs at that particular location and I was really surprised and very grateful for that service! So I appreciate Maggie and the other folks who worked on my car! I've been a customer there for a long while and will continue to do so”
