“I've been taking my 2 dogs there for grooming a couple years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Tomi has been grooming our boys and always does a wonderful job even when challenged by the pups. The last few times we went, Tomi spoke with us about the the pups and how they did. Sometimes she can't groom them as well as she would like if they are less than cooperative. She always chalks it up to them having an off day. The person who I believe is the Manager, Patricia C, always has to get her two cents in and it seems she feels a need to complain about their behavior. Today when we entered the store it was quiet, you could have heard a pin drop. As we were checking out, once again Patricia felt the need to tell us one of them barked the entire time. I would think the conversation we had with the groomer should be sufficient but Patricia C always seems to feel the need to berate us, even with other customers present in the past. I think she needs to get a job in a library where it is quiteter. Maybe use her lack of management skills on late book returns.”
