Probably the worse customer service encounter I’ve had with any dealership.
I had specific questions and no questions were answered in return. No call was returned. Was simply hung up on. They will ignore your question, and even simply lie. I also definitely do not recommend speaking or doing any sales with Bonnie Levielle. Keep in mind, I was not asking about any transactions or purchases, simply about their return and or exchange policies. Didn’t even ask about any personal information. I was simply trying to help my family member so that she could have a better understanding due to a language barrier.
Per their manager, their policy is “transparent” but none of their employees could provide me with any information. That AGAIN DID NOT PERTAIN TO THE TRANSACTION.

Tommy greeted me right away for my oil change and tire rotation apptand even though I could see they were extremely busy, he treated me with the utmost professionalism. Very knowledgeable mechanics and professional staff. IRA Honda is THE best around. Very happy 👍

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! Went to buy a Civic SI with my son. No one came outside to greet us. When we went inside, there was a single salesperson that was tied up with someone else. We were informed to wait and then told that all salespeople were on their lunch break. The salesperson let us test drive it. After, we we wanted to sit and negotiate purchasing it and we learned that there was an appointment coming to see the car in an hour and they were holding the car, pending result of appointment. This refusal was cash in hand and in person in favor of someone that was not there yet and could possibly not even want the car!
Terrible policies and worse customer service! The silver lining in this story - we went to Patriot Subaru and purchased a beautiful 2025 WRX. They actually wanted our business and got it.

My fiance and I had a wonderful, quick experience purchasing a car here. We worked with Maya who was excellent. She was helpful, kind, and eager to get us into a vehicle that aligned with our needs.
We ended up going with a Honda HR-V and couldn't be happier!!

Rob was a very kind dealer! I feel really bad as I ended up calling them a few times because I was very excited to get my own honda civic coupe!! I was so nervous as my subaru was starting to reach the end of it's life. I ended up searching for Hondas because my mom used to own a Honda Civic so I already knew I loved the Honda Civic. It was my first time buying my own car, and somehow they were able to find a used car that was less than 15k and had only 86k miles in 2024!! I test drive it, I loved it, and so I decided to get it. They inspected it and let me even check the underside, it was completely rust free!! I've had the Honda Civic Coupe now, for about three weeks, and I decided to name him Chiharu. Thank you Rob for helping me find my next dream car!
