Attempted to make a service appointment by phone, since their web based service scheduler didn't work. After finding my account info, which included correct info about the vehicle, advisor was unable to locate recall information (Special Service Campaign 24TC05) I received in the mail from Toyota. I found this unhelpful, and politely thanked the advisor and left the conversation. Called Lee Toyota and they were able to schedule me for this work without any issue.

Went in with a family member to get a new inspection sticker. Took like 4 hours even though there was nothing wrong with the car, and they tried to upsell us on some tires. They have a nice area inside, though, with a TV and stations to work with a computer, as well as a little café and drink dispenser. There is also a small place for children to play while you wait, but it looked a little cramped. Overall, a neat little place, but the actual service was very slow.

Took my car in at the scheduled time and finished within a reasonable amount of time. Service advisor was very efficient and was not pushy about extra services.

Traded my reliable Chevy for a Tundra. HUGE MISTAKE. Using Ira for vehicle service an even bigger mistake.I took delivery of a brand new 2023 Tundra in August of '23. In less than six months the radio control knob has broken off, power seat function inoperable, and the recalls.......BIG safety recalls. Risk of fire.Christina, I think most customers are less interested in your need for "a zen morning" and more interested in having their vehicles serviced properly. I mean, if your team can't even address a minor power seat fail complaint properly, how confident can anyone be in your proper handling of potentially fatal recall remedies??Toyota still has not presented a permanent solution for the fire hazard recall due to fuel line issues. Scary!Then next step is to consult with professionals on consumer rights for this type of situation.

Prime was wonderful , IRA is a joke! Worst financial and customer service ever! Purchased a car and they paid it off and billed us for the old one. Not sure how this is even possible. It’s been 95 days now and they still haven’t straightened it out.??

I have never had better auto service at ANY dealership and I’ve been to many! IRA Toyota has it figured out and it begins with hiring the right people. I’d give them ten stars if I could. Wherever Christina goes…I will follow!!
