I had a great experience with the sales team when I purchased my new camper. Gratefully the service team has been equally great. The tech arrived with full knowledge of my issues & prepared with the correct equipment to take care of it all. One of the absolute best service experiences I have had in my many years of camper maintenance.

I would first like to say, I don’t typically post reviews, but Seacoast RV Warrants a 5 Star, based on some significant work accomplished, both timely and professionally.Carrey was particularly helpful, as we had a timeline that posted challenges beyond the norm.As busy as October can be, Seacoast helped us make our departure deadline, which was also great.Dave B

I needed an adjustment to my trailer hitch, i thought i was going to either have to leave it or schedule an appointment, but even though their service technician was busy he said he'd take care of it right away, he did so and I was quickly on my way. You don't get this kind of service very much these days so it's safe to say I was extremely pleased and amazed with their hospitality all the way from the service office personnel and their service technicians. Thank you all, I will be back.

Kenny was so nice, he came out of his way to help us when all the plugs went out in our camper. He didn’t hesitate, even though it was after hours on a weekend. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful. i’d give you 10stars if I could. Thank you Kenny and Seacoast

Super nice people! Very good work at a great price. If you are new to RVing, have them do a walk through to teach you all about your camper. They know so much!

Brought my R.V. In for a tune up and oil change. Odd that when I picked it up it ran worse than when I dropped it off? Said “The 7 & 8 wires were crossed you should bring it to a chassis shop”.I did and they put the 7&8 wires back. Don’t trust them to do anything mechanical!!!! Also they don’t return phone calls or emails? But, they did take my 370.00!!!!!

I was on the 1st week of a 6 eeek trip and had my propane detector go off. This was during the 90 degree heat in the Portland area . I suspected that the problem was the regulator. I had a replacement part. Seacoast RV got me in on a Friday afternoon and made the repair for me. I was able to move on to the next destination on my trip. They were very accommodating and I a grateful for the help they provided

They deserve more then five stars for helping us today. We were driving and we ended up with a flat tire. We manage to pull into their parking lot They were attentive and helpful. They ordered a tire which took less then a hour and did the work at fair price. I highly recommend them.

We were having issues with our running lights on a Sunday. Everyone was off but R.B.R. was working and stood in the rain to help us out. Now that is an awesome human. Thank you again. We will be back with our RV for you all.

The customer service could be better. I have been there 2x so far and each time the customer service at the front counter in very poor. We bought a used camper off them. When we went to check it out for the first time (found online and puta deposit on it over the phone without seeing it in person). We asked for Brittany who my hubby had been dealing with. The person at counter were not friendly. They found Brittany for us who unlocked the camper for us and took off. Didnt say anything, nothing. went back this week for another reason, Brittany had day off. no one else knew why we were there even though Brittany knew we would be coming up sometimes this past week as we live out of state. Then when we asked for help for why we were there they counter people acted like we were bothersome. Honestly told my husband when we look to upgrade again I rather go somewhere else with better customer service. Only good thing about the place they have the cutest black labs. horrible customer service.

Thor Industries -Owners of Jayco...take note. I have a recording of this call... I called Seacoast RV yesterday to make an appointment (we will be in ME in September) 2 months in advance. My 4 month old Jayco ...has a 12V Dometic Fridge that has been broken for 3 weeks. After spending $400 on RV specialists & a wee fridge I need to use the warranty as nobody knows what's wrong. I'm told by Seacoast RV that although they are a Jayco dealer and do warranty work on Dometic Fridge (Dometic gave me their #)...that they are not paid by either to do warranty work. Furthermore, guy told me I didn't buy my rig from them so too bad. Really??? Is this Jayco's stance? I never had this issue with a Forrest River camper. He told me warranty work is not worth their time or effort. He actually wanted me to pull the Fridge out...to do my own repair work... although there is a bulletin out about the wire used to build RVs during the pandemic might not hold the voltage charge to the fridge...Jayco want to know why people do not buy extended warranties? Here it us...the warranty you are offering is not being honored!! I'd like to trade up in a year or so...not with this kind of customer service! This guy in your service department at Seacoast RV was so comfortable telling me all of this...he has done it countless times to others. I wonder...do your sales folks tell people that if the RV breaks down...ANY Jayco dealer with repair shop can fix it and use the warranty? What would be the point of buying an extended warranty with dealers like this? I'm sure Seacoast have sold Jaycos that have broken down in other states and been fixed by other dealers who do warranty work! Nobody buys a recreational vehicle to hang out at home! Shame on you Seacoast RV for allowing this guy to turn away Jayco customers!! He said your management would back this nonsense!
