My experience with this company was awful now that they're under new ownership. I do not recommend to anyone that wants a good customer service experience. My car sat in their parking lot for a whole month and during that month I called AT least 2 times a week to check the status because NO ONE was informing me what they were doing with my car. My car sat for a month, and during that month, they did not do my oil change until I had to call one last time to make sure they did it, and FINALLY got my car back after fighting them for it.The service manager Jon would avoid my calls and talking to me in person. At one point during one of my phone calls with him, he told me "he was in on his day off to satisfy people like me to get my car back", and to me that was a HUGE insult because I could have had my car back when I was supposed to if they did what they were supposed to when scheduled. The only person I would say helped me the most and had THE BEST customer service was Jordan, he was awesome when helping me and knows how to make an upset customer happy.Ever since they changed ownership AGAIN they cannot keep the good people that ACTUALLY help you and communicate with you. I'm so very disappointed with my experience , and will absolutely NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from here again. Do better Jack CDJR, just do better.

I had an awesome experience purchasing my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Jack Jeep. This was my first time purchasing a Jeep and I was traveling from out of state, so I was a little nervous. Although a couple minor hiccups arose (one with trade in and another with out of state registration) they quickly rectified the issues. I also didn't realize until I got home that the mats were not in the vehicle. After reaching out to them, they overnighted a brand-new set of mats to me at no cost. Really appreciate Kyle Collins and Michael K for their exceptional service. Highly recommend these guys!

Would give this dealership more stars if I could. Everyone who I worked with was terrific. They priortized my needs and my schedule. I got a great value on a car I know me and my family will enjoy for years. My salesrep sent me the kindest note after the deal was complete ensuring me he was always available should anything come up. Can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Jack CDJR! Will be back for all our future needs!

The service department is top-notch! I'm from out of town and had a bit of an emergency on my hands. They were very helpful and got me a solution. Even though they were unable to fix the problem. Technically, I was not a paying customer, but they were very good Samaritans.

i went to the dealership for an oil change, when the service advisor printed the bill the charge was over $100, i went on line, the posted price was $49.95. i questionedthe service advisor about the excessive price, he said there was no other coupons. he would not give me the posted price of $49.95.Told me to discuss the issue with the manager the next business day. Poor customer relations.

The Service Department is terrible. I needed a recall and a few regular services performed on my Ram 3500, they had me bring it in on the scheduled day and then they didn’t do the work. They said the next availability they had was a month later. I agreed and brought it back. They never scheduled the service in their system, so they had no clue why I was there when I came back. Had me leave it and come pick it back up, one again, untouched. One giant waste of time. The service manager, I think named John, with the beard, is someone we should all feel incredibly bad for. He clearly lacks the skills and knowledge to fulfill the position, and is clearly very frustrated with his life situation. I can understand we all struggle, but maybe get him away from customers until he gets his act together. He told me conflicting data while I was looking at the RAM service schedule. He also had no clue the 3500 could have one of two transmissions. This led him to recommending the incorrect service, and arrogantly claiming he was correct. I felt bad for him I didn’t want to correct him in front of everyone standing there, but slowly convinced him to maybe look further in to the right service. The final straw was a quote for over $500 to change two fuel filters, followed by the stock, misinformed line of “well, Diesels are expensive.” Get this guy some training and customer service skills, and maybe a hug. I find it unacceptable to have the experience I did.Like many other service reviews on here, I went over to Marc Motors and had a great experience. MARC MOTORS even gave me a loaner! Sorry, Jack… but this needed to be said. I hope this can be corrected as your business reflects poorly on our community. On a positive note, the guy who gave me 4 rides home in the shuttle while none of the work was ever done was very nice. Maybe put him at the front desk.

The service department is terrible and really needs some customer service training. I scheduled an appointment for my truck tires to be replaced a month in advance and was notified an hour into my appointment that they only had two tires! I was completely baffled as to why I wasn't notified before I took the afternoon off from work, drove a half hour to the dealership and then waited another hour and nothing was done! No apology or anything. I received a follow up from John but he was ineffective in helping me get back in to get the new tires. I ended up going to Town Fair Tire with free tire rotations, free tire repair and under an hour wait time (compared to Dodge's 4 hour wait time!). Stay away!

Bad business practices. I inquired about a truck, I was told the truck was available. We set up an appointment to test drive and purchase vehicle. The salesman called and apologized (20 minutes later), apparently someone made an appointment to look at the same truck, but on the day after I had already scheduled mine. I asked if they had made a deposit and the salesman told me they did not, but the keys were taken home by the salesman who booked the viewing (the day after mine) and the manager said he could not show me or sell me the vehicle, even when I offered to put a deposit before seeing the truck. I have NEVER worked with a dealer that took a stance other than first come first serve… I don’t care if you made an appointment to just view/test drive… We have cash and are ready to buy.Salesman said the manager said no, but they would call me, if the dude who is coming in didn’t show up, or decides to not buy….. Shady business practices. I will never give this place my business.

Service is terrible. Call to have my car repaired. End of August could not take me for an appointment until the fourth Monday in September brought my car in needed a right front you joint replaced. It’s taken three days to get my car back and I still haven’t gotten it back yet, don’t know what kind of system they have in their service department absolutely terrible

Can’t recommend. Came in with a major service issue on a 2023 vehicle with 5000 miles on it. Because I did not purchase at this location I was told they might be able to look at it in about a week, and repairs could take 3-4 weeks. Was in town for vacation and potentially stranded with a pretty much brand new $70K dodge with full warranty. Limped my way to another dealer in Westbrook and was taken in immediately, given a complimentary rental car, and my vehicle which had a broken drive shaft was fixed, hand washed, and returned in 3 days. Jack CDJR obviously has some work do do.

Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. After reading similar stories of Ira’s poor customer service- I felt I must share our story to warn others considering doing business here. After finding a truck and putting a $500 deposit down Ira stated the title was through New York and they must request a duplicate title. (based on other reviews this is a common story told by Ira) This process took 4 weeks longer than they told us- without a single update from them during that time. After TWO MONTHS of waiting and only getting roundabout excuses from Ira we called the New York DMV and the Maine DMV on our own. Both stated this was a MAINE title and Ira had already received a denial letter from New York and had not reached out to the Maine DMV.After going in person after yet another unanswered call from us with no call back- we spoke to sales manager Kyle Collins. He stated we were wrong about it being a Maine title and that Ira had filled the paperwork out incorrectly and that was the cause of the delay. We expressed our frustrations that there had been no communication on their part, and Kyle stated he would call us first thing Monday morning after speaking to the title clerk (who we also left a voicemail with that day asking for a call back on Monday).Monday came and went- still NO contact from Ira. We cancelled our $500 check with the bank and have sense bought an amazing truck with another dealer. Thankfully we used a check for the deposit and did not have to wait for them to return the money (as other reviews stated they never received their deposit back) We called Kyle today after another week with no contact- in which he finally admitted the truck indeed had a Maine title but it was going to be another month wait to get the title.Absolutely absurd. We completely understand things happen but months of us reaching out and calling DMVs on our own, only to be ignored and strung along by Ira. They lied to our faces and failed to communicate with us. Please think twice before doing business here.

The the mechanics and the front desk are not on the same page. When I went in to get an oil change and and tire rotation I specifically asked the receptionist to put the spare tire into rotation. Once the car came around the spare tire was unmoved. We waited another 45 minutes. After driving 20 miles down the road thinking everything was behind us I noticed smoke coming from my car. The oil filter had failed on the first ever oil change on my 2023 Jeep. I called Ira and the receptionist, Domenic, made sure that we were taken care of. It’s just disappointing that the mechanics were not thorough; and didn’t do the job right the first time.TLDR:Failed to rotate spare tire and failed to install oil filter correctly. Receptionist was very helpful.

My 2020 Ram 1500 Diesel motor went at about 37K. Brought it to IRA Chrysler Dodge Ram and it took 3 months to have it replaced. When I finally got my truck back it had a dent in the rear bumper which I noticed the next day. The service department manager had me got get an estimate to repair it from the IRA body shop, so I did. I brought the $3700 quote back to them and they said they would call me. So I waited a few weeks and finally called them back and was put on hold while they talked to the General Manager. They came back on the phone to tell me they were not going to do anything for me because "a customer could have hit it". It was there for 3 months not by choice, but because they could not find a motor. Not my fault, but my truck was in their care. I called and left a message with the general manager and he never even called me back! I highly recommend you go elsewhere when buying or servicing your vehicle with IRA.

Came in looking for a used vehicle and found one we really loved. We were informed there was no title yet for the vehicle but we could put 500 down and the title should be in any day. We waited a little over a week and the title never came in. Strangely it’s now been weeks and the title still never came in. Seemed odd that a dealership would have a car on their lot they couldn't sell. We asked for our $500 back since we decided to look elsewhere, it’s now been over a week since requesting our money back and we still haven't received reimbursement. My husband spoke to the supposed manager who was under the impression we still were interested in the vehicle. My husband explained that we had called a week earlier and told Jim we were not interested and wanted our money refunded. The manager seemed surprised and wasn’t sure if our refund had even been processed. Now we are fighting to just get our 500 back and so disgusted with the lack of customer service.
