“I rented a trailed from this Uhaul on 2/22. It was busy, but there were multiple people working behind the counter. The trailer was clean, lights worked, and they cleaned the snow off the trailer and connected it to my vehicle quickly. The customer service person I worked with was friendly and polite. All in a good UHaul experience.”

“Cathy was really great to work with. I rented a unit but then decided to get rid of the furniture I was going to store. Cathy made the process so easy, from renting the unit to canceling the contract. Would definitely rent from Extra Space again if I have a need.”
