Wheres my mail ? It’s now been a week and a half and no one in my neighborhood in Saco has received mail. Can I come and pick it up myself? I have bills to pay! If you deliver the mail at least tell someone that you can’t deliver the mail.

It is ridiculous that today is Thursday ¹/23/25and we have not had mail delivery (Saco) yet this week, but they have had package delivery only every day and at least one day packages deliverey twice. I have the app for Informed delivery and know that my check has been there since at least Tuesday probably Sat as it was postmarked last Wed from NH.

I was told bu USPS that I would have a response in 3 days It has been a week and cannot reach this office on the phone

I moved from old orchard Beach [had zero issues with deliveries] to Biddeford where I have constant issues with mail. We had a snow storm recently and I had 5 packages due to be delivered during that time. Two packages arrived... all 5 are marked as delivered.. where are my other 3? It's hard to ever get ahold of anyone. I've had to even show up at the facility before, which has no door for the public- I had to wave someone down to get help. I've tried putting in a mail dispute form online however I keep getting technical difficulties. I understand we're low on mail carriers... but damn how does a government facility not have customer support?

These days, the mail arrives at the driver's desire. Can't get in touch with a soul. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. We are so understanding of short handedness, but what employees are working, at least take pride in YOUR PERSONAL work ethic ?

Since I've moved back into Biddeford the mail has been absolutely atrocious. I used to live on Elm, and had very few issues, lived in Saco and had very few issues. Been here a few months and it's been nothing but issues. I understand being understaffed but I get better service at McDonald's. Marking packages delivered that aren't delivered, mail not coming for days on end even though packages say they're being delivered. Packages put in the wrong boxes, wrong porches, left in rain in paper packages. I've had 5 packages saying they were delivered last week and still haven't received them, had 4 marked as delivered this morning, total of 9, then I get a delivery and it's only 2 of the 9, none of the ones marked as delivered last week, and only 2 from today. I guess I don't understand how, if there's 9 packages due to be delivered, 5 over a week past due, why only 2 would be delivered. Can't EVER get ahold of anyone on the phone, filed a complaint months ago through USPS to which I've still gotten no reply. I had to go search my neighborhood until I found a mailman and ask him what was going on. He didn't know anything besides "the guy that usually does this route has been on vacation" before that they were sick twice, and hurt twice. Sounds like only one person knows how to deliver mail out of the whole group and they don't ever come to work. Don't know what to do next but this has been absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

Said my package was gonna be delivered today and saw two usps out in saco and one even drove by my address. And than proceeded to put that my package couldn't be delivered all because of a little rain. This is the worst and most ridiculous experience I have ever had with USPS EVER!

Had one of the most unpleasant experiences with this post office. I have spent the last two weeks trying to retrieve my important package they mishandled and lost, unfortunately not one email reply or a phone call response. This is extremely frustrating as the package contained important items and it appears this post office has a habit for misplacing packing.I would recommend filing a complaint with the USPS and using alternative shipping methods.

No mail delivery! What is going on? I just called the Post Master General's office and Senator Angus King and left messages. I'm mailing a check to the HOA and it must arrive each month on time! Not acceptable!

I will regularly go at least a week without receiving mail and I live on Main Street- whenever I call the post office they say my mail carrier is on vacation.... Funny they've been on vacation the 7 years I've lived here. Didn't get a ton of stuff delivered for Christmas, go to the post office with all of my tracking numbers showing that they were last scanned there... They send me to the Saco carrier annex..... Where I stand outside for 45 minutes in 15° weather while they rummage around looking for my other five packages.... Only found 2. I'm freezing and livid my tax dollars go to this monstrosity of an organization.
