“While vacationing in Owl's Head, I needed to mail a package. I observed the postmaster helping several customers ahead of me. He provided excellent, caring service to each individual. He is a wonderful asset to this friendly town. I believe his name was Howard.”

“This post office has always been helpful with answer questions and getting through to the next customer fast. They have always been kind and friendly as well as helpful.”
“In many ways, this PO is very old school — and I like that. Next time you visit, check out the framed documents above the retail counter; official Presidential Commissions issued to certify Rockland's (then-) postmaster. Some of them date back well over 100 years and they all speak of a time when local postmasters were appointed by (of all people) the president. It's a rare nod to the past for a public building these days.”

“I wish I'd paid attention to the name of the woman who helped me so I could call her out-she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I stopped by to re-key our mailbox and have our mail forwarded and she had us in and out of there lickity-split. She also broke the tie my wife and I have about the best kind of pen. And she didn't side with me. Oh well, she is still fantastic in my book.”
