Went in last week to get 2 phones added to our plan got a quote of 239 and some change. Got our new bill and it was 323 and some change. Went in today to see what the discrepancy was and they could not explain it to me. Would not even work with me on the restocking fee. We have been with Att for 20 years. I am writing this review on my new iPhone 15 (got 4 new ones) and we are now T-Mobile customers paying a lot less. I would head to t mobile. Much better pricing and customer service

very disatisified with experience! I went in to upgrade phones on 4 of my lines was told i would get them shipped and have them in 1-2 business days 3 days later i get a email stating they will ship in 2-3 weeks! I called back that day and the person (cameron) i spoke to was rude basically said nothing he could do and wouldn't cancel my order said i had to call corporate. Offered no apologies! Not a great customer experience at all!

Update: I replied to Prime Communications as they requested and no one has bothered to get back to me. I placed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and received a response from an executive vice president at ATT who thought what transpired was very wrong. ATT rectified things on their end. The executive said to still follow through with the store, he felt the store still needed to provide the credit that was promised if for nothing else but for the time and aggravation they caused. Its been several weeks and no response from Prime Communications.Went in to upgrade phone. Was given very inaccurate information. Went ahead with upgrade. Received in writing what was promised. Thought I had dotted my I’s and crossed my T’s but discovered from AT&T that this store is not owned by AT&T they are a 3rd party store. What that translate to is they can promise me the world but AT&T does not back it up. AT&T took my trade in, cant return it, told me if I cancel I will lose it completely and that it is my responsibility to fight with the store. The girl who messed up my account was fired, the guy who did the trade in was transferred and the manager demoted than fired. Employees told me they have had 3 or more managers in almost as many months. Current manager refused to call district manager because she was busy. All of this noted with AT&T. This has been going on for 2 months. AT&T admits what they did is wrong has issued an escalation report and I was advised by AT&T to submit a claim to the better business bureau. Please please please realize you are not working with an AT&T employee when entering this store.

My boyfriend and I went there for a fairly complicated transaction and Krista took great care of us. She was so helpful and competent and kind. I also got great service from Cameron at the Sanford ATT store when I called ahead. Thank you!

Went to discuss upgrading my daughter's cell phone, they took her phone number and scanned my license. I gathered some information but did not make a purchase. Later that night I received an email stating my daughter had enrolled in the Home Tech protection plan for $25/mo. I did not discuss this with the staff at the store and definitely did not authorize it. This store authenticated my account and added it without my consent. Watch your account if you visit this store! Shady business!

Horrible place that's understaffed, rude employees and the manager Emma is rude, disrespectful, ignorant on special programs and when questioned on things treats you like an idiot for not knowing the stuff she's supposed to be helping the customers understand i.e just doing the basic requirements of the position can be beyond her abilities to handle while trying to provide far from competent customer service

Although the service that I get with AT and T is good, pretty much everything that was told to me about price, plans, and promotions at this store were all lies. I am old too, so the stamina required to wait, and have the salesperson disappear for 15 minutes at a time, suddenly need to spend twenty minutes with someone else, plus change what is offered as the price and inclusions of plans, several times, was about more than I could stand. I am paying more than double what I paid with my former carrier as well, which was not what I was told would happen. I went from paying $30., a month to almost $80., For the same service. The only reason that I changed service is because I moved out of the area of the local carrier. Anyway: phony, lying, time sucking sales people, worse than going to a Toyota car dealership.

They made a mistake setting up the iPad I use for work, rendering it useless. The manager was adamant she had someone from corporate working on it. Never heard from them almost a month later and ipad was still useless. Went to the Saco location where they fixed the mistake in 5 minutes. Save yourself the headache and just make the trip to Saco.
