I really wanted to like this store.... BUT I have been in there on 2 separate occasions, and both times i was helped by this CRAZY LADY who says INSANE THINGS like about how she is "JFK's Secret Granddaughter" and "The York County Sheriffs office KILLED her husband"! She goes on, and on, and on... The other stars are for the other staff who (Mercifully) pulled me away from her... STAY AWAY....

Employees are always helpful, pretty good prices, and they don't try and force you into buying something, they recommend other places if they don't have something, etc. I like this place.

Had to swap cars with my girlfriend this morning when her's wouldn't start due to a dead battery. I got a jump from AAA and drove to AutoZone in Sanford in hopes they could not only sell me a new one, but also replace it for me. Steve and Paul were awesome, and took care of everything for me despite the FREEZING cold weather today. 10/10 service, will go back again for sure

Went in looking for headlights for my car, a wonderful associate named Paul Johnson helped me find the right headlights for my vehicle and also came out and installed them for me! He was so nice and was of wonderfully service! Thank you! I will definitely be back again!

This review is specific to Paul. Paul helped my mom (who had a recent hand surgery) get the correct bulb for her headlight. Prior to Paul’s help, she was actually given the incorrect bulb from a different employee. After bringing the wrong one back, he was quick to help her and install it as well. From the story I was told, it took a third bulb to get it to finally work, but I’m very happy he was able to help her as we (I) could not understand why the first one would not work. And as I mentioned before, her recent hand surgery made it difficult for her to insert the bulb herself. So, thanks Paul!
