“I went in at my husband's request to get a metal hose clamp that was very specific. This was my third stop. Every other store said no and suggested one that was too wide. When I got here I was met with Chase who searched the computer and then measured my clamp with calipers on all measurements to attempt to find it. We didn't have any luck, but he was so thorough and thoughtful. It was really appreciated. He was also able to get me a sensor we needed for our other repair.
