Michelle is a hoot & a great lady:). She contends w/patrons all day looooong. Michelle's answers inquiries, waits on patrons. Waiting for folks unprepared or otheris difficult. In todays economy we're digging in pockets for change. With that being said she has patience!!I waited 10 minutes at the local P.O. a man ahead of me was digging forever & ever & ever. I could've dug a shallow grave in that X. Haha! I had some patience, late for appt & was getting ready 2 pay his remainder. It takes patience today. Prices have soared. Need groceries & I don't need a bag. I spent $100-$200 +++ & can carry all in my arms:( everyone needs a hand up.Continuing~~Lauren is down to earth & a "get it done"!!Her Twin, not twin is super nice too. I Forget Names:/ ie: CVS Main Street Sanford==professional & courteous!I've been going to CVS in Sanford for years. When I 1st met Lauren. We have the same name meaning~'Victory"! & she is wicked nice! All the professional staff at CVS arevGreat, with a great sense of humor.Michelle checks me out oftentimes. The lady at the front of the house is funny & sweet too! They get slammed & always maintain:)I told a family member to switch to CVS in Sanford. She asked, "why?" I told her check all my above-mentioned reasons. I'm always treated with respect!●I wish they could get their lot paved:)●☆They are good people! Thank you CVS for being kind & helpful!▪︎Go FUND ME!~~CVS'S parking lot!! Good idea! &deserved!Be safe, & careful!

The front staff and nice but the pharmacy is terrible. They frequently change their pharmacy hours without notice. They are also very snippy. I’ll be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy asap. I have gone to the pharmacy 4 times in the past 3 days and each time they *should* be open but have decided to close early or open late. I’m beyond frustrated. Also the store inside and out is in need of a serious revamp. It looks as though it is going out of business.

Today I went to pick up a prescription for my wife at the CVS in Sanford and was told their Pharmacist was out sick and no prescription could be filled. Are you kidding me? You can’t have a back up or technician take a bag out of a bin and sell it to me so my wife can stop being on the couch in a fetal position? This is beyond ridiculous and needs to be addressed!☹️

CVS Pharmacy was good until they weren't. Things happen in the economy and there are shortages on different medications. Sure, it happens. CVS was out of one of my medications. The online CVS Pharmacy App has a notice that if they are out of stock, they will tell you which CVS has it. They do not and will not do this for you. Recently CVS had a delay with another medication. A week had passed and so I called the pharmacy. The woman I spoke with told me someone would call me if they didn't have it. A day goes by and I hear nothing so I call because I assume they have it back in stock. A different woman answers and told me they don't know when it will be back in stock but to call tomorrow to check. So another day goes by and I call back. A third woman answers the phone and no they don't have it. She says "my guess is as good as yours. When we have it we'll just fill it." I found a new pharmacy immediately after.

Nothing but stigma at this pharmacy.... 5 years in recovery and appalled at my treatment.....besides telling me my prescription isn't due for another 2 weeks last 2 refills which was incorrect...they shorted me one of my medications..incorrect number of pills in the bottle.....which is very serious...and nothing was done to correct the issue ....they definitely need to be investigated

Would give this place -5 stars if possible. The store is good but the pharmacy is awful. I'm a type 1 diabetic and have been for several years, when I first started using this pharmacy when a guy who no longer works there ran it I never had any issues. Ever since he left and especially during this year 2022 the pharmacy has been awful. One day in the parking lot I heard they gave an older lady someone elses meds. As for my own problem being a type 1 diabetec I need several supplies like needles, insulin pens, lancets, sensors, etc. This year I've had nothing but problems trying to get my needles. Because my diabetes is constantly changing I could sometimes need to use needles up to 12 times a day. This year whenever I tried to get needles because I've been low, completely out or needed a refill the people in the pharmacy have done everything in their power to make sure it was hard for me to get the needles. More recently I've needed needles and got approval from my doctor to pick up my usual boxes. The pharmacy gave me a pill bottle with only 6 needles and said I could get the rest the next day. If you know anything about type 1 diabetes that is extremely insulting and hardly enough to make it through the day. On top of that the pharmacy said I picked needles up on a day I never did. There have been days I've been out in public and needed needles, because I ran out of ones on hand, stopped at a Walgreens and was handed two handfuls of needles and treated with respect. This CVS pharmacy needs to be investigated and a quick view of the other reviews will further validate my point. I will personally make sure everyone I know and everyone in the geographic area stops using this pharmacy.

Horrible pharmacy. I have been trying to get my prescription for over 2 months. They keep telling me different things everytime I call. Looking for another pharmacy. If I was you I would too.
