Fair pricing, clean, safe, easy to access when I need to. Always feel comfortable entering, doing my thing, and that my belongings are safe and secure when I am not using them. Space is tight at home so have valued the ability to rotate holiday items and keep things that have sentimental value but lack space to store at home.

I have had an empty storage unit down there for a month while I sold my house and moved my things into a Pod. I contacted the manager Jessica about having my Pod brought down there for a few days while I transfer my things into the unit. She has been so understanding and helpful. Along with that she is easy to contact and she actually gets back to you. I am impressed with the way she operates and her customer service. Its hard to find that these days, so I would recommend KO Storage in Sanford hands down.!!!

Nice clean facilities. Easy to get into and out of and secure. Never have had issues with water or rodents either I highly recommend them

I wanted a 5 month storage stay for my convertible and I was having some trouble trying to complete the online signup, so I called KO storage and I got Johnson at customer service and Johnson took great care with my reservation. Johnson was very helpful!

I rented a 10x10 storage unit for the summer months while my wife and I were up from Florida roughing it in our Maine camp. The unit was close to our campground and gave us just the extra space we needed. All we needed was a padlock. Easy access, clean and dry unit.

Absolutely terrible. They started cheap and jacked up their prices without notice for the winter. Then they hit me with a bunch of fees when the unexpected amount was billed to my card. Be aware this is a very short term storage solution.
