went in to purchase a small fridge, after walking around for half an hour to get help only for the lady to scan the item to find out that they dont stock fridges, also explained to me that it was a week out if they ordered it not to mention there was a 100 dollar delivers fee, ummm wait, you dont stock fridges and charge customers 100 dollars to delver even to that store????? seem like false advertising to me, but its ok because i went to home depot where they stock fridges and purchased one within the hour, sorry lowes home depot has my business from now on

On hold at the garden center for over an hour? On a weekday? No way it’s that busy over there… not going to drive an hour to find out if they have the product I need or not.

Hard to get someone to wait on you always is someone who says it's not their area thus not forthcoming with help. Have had maybe 5 people in many years that want out of their way to help. Need more of those

I placed an online order for a few things. Later in the day I received a notification stating my order had been processed and ready for pickup. I arrived at the store and my wife jumped out and went to the service desk as I prepared to load the heavier stuff into my truck. I received a text from my wife informing me they don't know where my order is and that it could be in the back. My wife continued to wait and stated she wasn't sure if they were actually fulfilling the order or just grabbing it from the back. This was a 20 minute ordeal and a complete waste of time. I was hesitate this time to place an order, but I thought I'd give the store another chance, as we are local to the area. Just disappointing and never any accountability. Some Lowes do great with online orders, but this is at least the 3rd mishap with this location. I will continue to use other locations or walk in and pick out my items at this store. It would take less time then a pickup for me to just do my own shopping.

I have been a Lowes customer for 30+ years, I have shopped in the stores in 9 different US states, Canada and Mexico. Today after 6+ years of escalating, disappointing, service and total lack of management at the store in Sanford ME. I give up after waiting 30 minutes today to have an online order brought out I walked out and told them I wil shop at Ace from now on. I only order from them online because the store is in such disarray I cant find what I'm looking for. That ended today,
Since I cant respond I will edit this post. If Customer Satisfaction is important to you who made the decision to have 3 people setting up BBQ's while a 6 people waited in line for returns and online orders. Take a look at the banners you have hanging. The last customer Service awards were in 2014 & 2015. Consider that a badge of shame. You wont see me again, Ace and Tractor Supply are well managed facilities

I have been 2x in past 2 weeks. And rembered why i avoid going there. Staff was extremely rude and obnoxious. Always made me feel like doing me a favor. Even assistant manager got annoyed first because had to unlock gas grill i purchased. And then got annoyed when asked to put in car. And next visit cussed at customer service personnel because didnt have psper in printer fax and when put in took 10 min to print what was in system. Customer service and kidness not in vocabulary. That is if can find someone to help

Janet by the MVP desk was great l, 5 stars great lady! Went out of her way to locate our order that customer service was supposed to be sending our way.
Customer service 1 Star. I had to hunt down my order, no one has keys to get my order. I asked to have the order by the MVP lot for easy pickup, waited 20 minutes just to find out that a new girl was waiting in lawn and garden with no key. Customer service woman with the odd piercings and "high as a kite" demeanor didn't help move things along in the slightest.

Always friendly, very clean store
