Pretty nice except at the Sanford,Maine one the TV was too low and so far none I've stayed at allow captions for the TV on the remote.

Staff was very friendly. My family was early for check in and the staff was able to get us into a room early. We really appreciated that. Only twenty minutes from Wells beach that was also nice.

Hi I stayed at the quality inn on June 23rd, my girl went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach 🪳 I have a video of the nasty hotel room the place is not clean and everyone needs to know that it's a nasty hotel. Woke up to a whole Cockroach on the bed this morning, and when we brought them the roach in a cup to show them and request a refund they felt it was fair enough to give us 20% I would give them negative 5 stars if I could, don't go there!

Ewwww… do NOT stay here! My boyfriend works really hard and his company put him in this hotel… BED BUGS IN HIS ROOM… housekeeping doesn’t even clean these rooms after guest checkout!

Says you need 24 hours notice to check out early without extra charge. I wouldn't know that early anyway.
Was previously a smoking location, they have done just enough about the smell for it to be acceptable.

I've stayed here many times never any issues always been quiet except last people above me all night stomping their feet banging/crashing noises. I'm very crabby this morning no sleep and I paid over $100 to be able to get a good night's sleep. So far that's my only issue not hotel it self other guest. I was actual a lil impressed w free breakfast u mean it's not steak n eggs but it's not frozen waffles either lol

I would not recommend this hotel. We booked the handicapped room to accommodate a person who uses a wheelchair, and the room was not ADA compliant like the concierge promised. We measured the doorway and it was 34 in, and the egress throughout the room was only 28 in. The wheelchair user was only able to use one half of the room because she couldn't fit her wheelchair to access the other half. Management also had poor boundaries, telling the wheelchair user that they would inspect the room because she wasn't the one paying, and entering the room unannounced. I called them to discuss this, and was met with aggression and escalation. The manager raised his voice, and offered no reasonable solution. We will not book here again.

We had stayed here many times.
This tine because of sudden sickness we had to cancel.
No refund of our money be careful they take advsntage of the elderly.

Stay at this affordable hotel!!! The housekeeping crew must be good because my room was really clean - like back of the toilet clean!!! Great job!!! Front desk was sooo nice, it was quiet, no issues at all.
