Shaws, yours grocery stores are way overpriced. I shop in multiple different stores and I can honestly say you are the most expensive and your quality does not match your prices. It's awful!

Very easy to shop at, has a very useful app with a large amount of functionality. Grocery pick up is a nice option. Really nice people working at this location.

I was at the check out earlier today and one of the girls bagging was just so rude to one of the other girls there who was clearly new. Her name is Cassidy and her behavior was just awful for someone who is working customer service. She was CONSTANTLY on her phone ignoring the new cashier and customers, would walk off to talk to who I'm guessing was her girlfriend about nothing, they just stand there giggling while playing with each others hair and making heart eyes at each other while this new girl Jacklyn was struggling a good bit to both cashier and bag with such a line behind me. Also I saw Cassidy just flat out say your wrong to her without actually helping her in anyway. And to watch her go play with some other girls hair and then touch people food was just gross. I couldn't get a look at the girlfriends name tag it started with an R though.

I want to give a big thank you to Katie at customer service. I accidentally locked my keys in the car. Katie was great , she looked a few places up on the computer so I could contact a family member to help me out. She also dialed a few numbers on the phone for me which were wrong, ( my fault) it’s hard to remember numbers when your so use to just pushing a button by someone’s name!! She did this with taking care of people at customer service & answering all Shaws calls. Shaws in Sanford Me has a great associate and it was a pleasure to meet someone that is excellent with the public. Thank you Cindy

I have been shopping at Shaw’s for awhile bc they have a good selection. I placed an online order for pick up. Due to being sick, I attempted to change the option to delivery. The store would not accommodate my request. Will not be returning to this store.

This store is pretty big inside, I think much bigger than the store in Dover NH. So with that, a bigger variety.

Prices are a little high. Keep an eye out for good deals, fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Best fried chicken in yown.

They had my Stella doro toast!! Yum so excited cuz it’s hard to find. Got to check out on my own quickly and easily with coupons already saved to my card- just type in phone number and coupons are added automatically at check out-easy! The aisles were tidy and clear!
