A big thank you to Justin. I was a little frustrated when my old existing phone stopped working. Computers and these phones are not my strong point. He calmly and professionally answered all my questions about new phone models, phone plans, and options. No pressure in my decisions. He was a huge help.
Thank you. I am very pleased. I have a new phone, a few changes to the plan and the price hardly moved.

We travel 21/2 hours to the Verizon Sanford store for all our cell phones and service. Jason is our customer rep and he is amazing and very informative about Verizon products and services. He is just a nice person. Thank you Jason for all you do!! Verizon you are very lucky to have him!
