**PLEASE READ, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ABCO RENTAL!** I’ve been paying ABCO for a storage container for around 4 years, in total I’ve paid them well over the value of the unit. A couple weeks ago I recieved a phone message from them saying I owed them money, which surprised me since I had set up an autopay with my bank for the account years ago. Was told "she better be there" when setting up delivery of storage pods. I have been waiting 35 minutes from the time they decided, and the units still have not been delivered.

It was a pleasure working with ABCO Rental while renting a storage container. Melissa was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. She made it very helpful for me as I had no idea what to do as this was my first experience with storage containers. Very good customer service! I highly recommend using ABCO when renting storage containers.

Dealing with Melissa was an absolute pleasure. She answered all my questions and made renting a storage container a breeze. I will be sure to use Abco Rental again in the future.

Horrible customer service. When I called about a rental unit, lady on the phone sounded like she just woke up and told me that she didn't have any available for rental...before I even told her when I'd need it. When I asked when she would have one available she had no idea...sounded like she had no clue about what was coming or going to begin with. Would not recommend their service.
