“A1 shop over here. The whole staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I suspected the root of my problem was 1 of 3 things. Chuck knew enough to rule 1 out over the phone without even looking. When we were weighing out the other 2 options, he said just come on by the shop and we'll plug it in and diagnose it for ya for free. That way you can have peace of mind that driving it home to philly won't cause a catastrophic failure. Can't thank these guys enough. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they'll be my first call. If only all shops were like this lol”

“Don was truly amazing in helping me out of a tough situation, my car battery was toast and I was unable to be serviced until days later, he went above and beyond to help me get a working battery in that same day. He was incredibly kind and patient and refused to give up even after what seemed like the 6th set-back, not to mention I'm pretty sure he stayed after hours after a long day to make sure I left with a working battery. On top of all that, this man continued to run the show inside while training a brand new employee and his customer service never wavered. “I went to Moody’s yesterday to have a damaged hatch repaired. I was told that they are booked out a couple months. Rather than tell me I am SOL and don’t let the door hit me on way out Jeff and a colleague went to my car and inspect damage. They then spent the next 45 minutes working g on a challenging issue and ended up fixing the damage allowing it to close and latch. When I tried to pay them for their time they refused saying it’s their job to make folks happy and satisfied. Now I have heard that before but these guys back it up big time. I will have to pay their kindness forward!!”
