“Trying to write a review for the Rochester NH store but it will not come up as a location. I was working on my uncles 2015 Escalade a few weeks ago(Saturday) and needed a lane assist actuator for the drivers front seat. NOBODY around had one, not even the dealers. I called at 11 am and by 3pm they pulled one out of the Portland store and we were back on the road Sunday. I wanted to give a shout out for the great service.”

“I recently worked with Hews to get an inoperative liftgate working. They were great to work with from start to finish. They made time to get us in to look at the liftgate on the same day we called. They did a thorough review of the situation, tested a couple things, and were able to resolve the issue that afternoon. In addition, they took the time to answer questions and explain as they went and were really pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Really can't thank them enough for their effort.”

“A battery icon was flashing on the dashboard of my friend's 2018 Honda HRV and we thought it was her car battery. Later she remembered seeing the word "key" flash just before the icon. She determined that it was the car key battery and we drove over to Berlin Honda to confirm her assessment, since she had just purchased a new car battery and thought that unless the battery was faulty, the issue was likely the key fob battery.We were greeted at the door by a salesperson who confirmed her "diagnosis." He first showed her how to pop open the key case, showed her the battery and mentioned that she could get it at a local store (like CVS) instead of what it might cost to have it done at Berlin Honda.Since we were on a road trip and wanted to get on our way, we opted for the Honda Parts center solution, so he directed us to the Parts counter.The rep kindly changed her battery and charged her nothing for the battery as well as the service.Awesome! I wish I had thought to get the names of both the sales person and the parts person as this is the kind of customer service over the long term that would result in a future purchase!I know this is a long post for a small act of kindness but we are incredibly grateful for being able to easily solve our problem so we could continue in our road trip without worrying about the flashing light.”

“These guys are stellar. Came here for service on my Volt, it'd been giving me brake errors and a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem quickly, identified exactly what was the matter, sat down with me 1 on 1, and we went over options in a very calm and friendly way. There was a very high degree of professionalism and knowledgeability, they didn't stick me with some intern or desk jockey. I really got the impression that they were on my side and wanted to put me back on the road safely, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into expensive extras. Parts were ordered on-time then when I came back for installation It was a very short wait. That's a four-star experience already. What pushes it to five is that while I was waiting on my second visit, one of the mechanics came in the waiting room and said "any of you fellas want some free pizza? We got a bunch of extra from Willows." That's holistic service. Could not be more satisfied.”

“I was at the intersection of Broadway and Lincoln St when I heard a loud bang and next think I know my right front tire deflated to the point I could hear metal on the road. In a panic I searched for a place to pull over and saw Auto Zone. I knew Auto Zone would be a safe place. My experience at this particular Auto Zone has always been great. The employees areso kind and helpful. I safely drove into the Auto Zone parking lot and figured very quickly that I was not going anywhere. I went into Auto Zone to get out of the cold to call Triple AAA to see if my car could be towed. This was when Kye (sp?), a Auto Zone employee, asked if I needed any help. I told her what was going on and by the grace of all good people on this earth she helped me problem solve my tire situation. Another Auto Zone employee, who happened to be there on his day off, Lincoln (forgive me if not correct name, I was so elated at the end, my memory is a bit fuzzy on his name but I have a great visual memory of his smile), joined in. These two became quite the team and they put my spare tire on my car so I was able to drive home safely at the end of a work day. I just want Auto Zone, the company, to know how wonderful it was to be helped by these two outstanding employees and how fortunate that Auto Zone has such kind, generous employees such as the two, working for them. This experience I had with your two Auto Zone employees was a great reminder that in this world where there is so much turmoil, there are a lot of really, really great, kind, generous people who keep this world balanced!”
