Encouragement without pressure, trainers that push just hard enough, 24 hour access, the essential equipment- what more do you want? A friend suggested this gym and it has changed my life. 6 am classes are the best way to start your day!

Maine small business owners who also happen to be brothers. Great guys, knowledgeable, and friendly. They encourage an atmosphere you don't get at a commercial gym and that is community. Everyone you meet is on a personal healthy journey, from teenagers to those a little over the hill but still kicking life in the buns. If you live in Scarborough you owe it to yourself to check this gym out.
