Some of the women working are the rudest around. Some days they are either too lazy, or untrained to pre pay the diesel pumps, then try telling you a story about a new computer system that won't allow them to but the next day a different person working does it no problem. They tell you to just use your card at the pumps, which shuts off at $200, and only let's you pump twice, but needed 600 or more in fuel so we go elsewhere

The help is super nice. The prices are slightly lower here than some of the other irvings and the prices are on most things which a lot of the irvings have started to take the prices off the shelves well so has Cumberland farms. They don't necessarily want people to know ahead of time how much things have gone up and how expensive they are.

Diesel pumps are extremely slow. It's usually slower than most places, but the last time it took over 10 minutes to get 20 gallons

Typically I have great experiences I all circle kid's. This one has very nice clean restrooms. But,, now and then there's an elderly woman that works the mornings,, shes angry mean and rude. I'll get her name next time. But she upsets people and they just walk out. She also charges me extra for my cigarettes. She says the prices went up. That worked the first time. I went back later and my cigarettes did not go up in prices. She also charges me 15$ for 3 large coffees.. adds on sip n save charges I did NOT ask for. Got mad when I said I dont want that just the coffee. Shes NOT a good employee. Sorry. I traveled across the country from Arizona to Maine and hit every circle k in every state. Never had any issues when I give my number for rewards account. I use for circle k and I always play the games. I love the free stuff and discounts. But this one in Scarborough,, this old woman make this store look so bad when customers walk out angry everytime I go and shes working. I will return but not when shes there. Still circle k fan though.

I attempted to enter the local circle k only to have the clerk look at me and say "You must leave now". I realize that the quarantine limits maximum occupancy but there are also much better ways to explain that than "You must leave now". I will definitely never enter the location again and will avoid the entire chain in future as this is no way to treat customers

The restroom was filthy & smelly, urine on the floor, etc. Staff is nice enough, but not wearing their masks. Cleanliness & mask use is extremely important during this pandemic.
