We stopped at Oakhill Mini Mart Citgo mainly to use the restroom during a road trip. Unfortunately, even after filling up our gas tank, we were told that the restroom was not available for customers. We understand that sometimes businesses face challenges with certain customers, and that can lead to stricter policies. However, restrooms are a basic necessity—especially at a gas station and convenience store where travelers stop for comfort and essential needs.
It's disappointing when something so fundamental isn’t accessible, especially when you’re actively supporting the business by purchasing fuel. This kind of experience can leave a negative impression and discourage future visits.
There are many similar gas stations in the area, and in a competitive environment like this, service is what truly sets a place apart. Unfortunately, this is where Oakhill Mini Mart Citgo has its greatest opportunity for improvement. Clean facilities and a welcoming attitude can turn a quick stop into a loyal customer base.
For now, I’m giving this location two stars. I hope management considers making basic services like restrooms available again for paying customers. That small change could make a big difference in customer satisfaction.

Came here for the cheaper priced "93" but in reality it's 91 or lower and my car got pinging. Had to buy octane booster to fix the issue. Never coming here for gas again.

Stopped in for a specific brand of scotch, but they didn't have it. The selection, was pretty good, and the employee was friendly. 4 stars only because they didn't have what I had gone in for.
