I have done business with creative car care for many years always treated fairly owner looks for the best deals on parts when doing repairs get a real feeling that he’s looking out for you. Very happy with all the work I’ve had done to vehicles also had a commercial trailer completely rebuilt, a very fair price he went above and beyond The expectations of the job I had done, Highly recommended,very knowledgeable. Pays attention to details. can’t ask for a better professional repair facility.

I have been going to Creative Car Care for over 18 years. Mark is an amazing mechanic and takes pride in his work. I know when Mark quotes me a price for work it is fair. He always takes time to explain the work he has done. He even saves the old parts so I can see why a part had to be replaced.

We can't Thank Mark enough for helping Us out in a major pinch today! We are from Connecticut, and While driving on the Highway We knew that We snapped a bolt to the Sway bar on our Avalanche. Not knowing any mechanics here in Maine, We took a chance a made a phone call to Creative Car Care from searching on Google for area mechanics. Mark answered and my husband talked with him, explaining We are up from CT on a mini vacation, and the Sway bar broke...Mark was awesome, very accommodating and said although he was working on other vehicles, he would definitely help us! He said call him in the morning and he'll get us in. So the next morning came, we gave him a few hours to do what he had to do, and then we called, he said come on down, I'm ready for you...He jumped right on it when we pulled in, very knowledgeable and personable, chatted with my husband as he worked on our truck, and did the job faster than you can imagine! It's very clear that he is passionate about what he does! The price was more than fair, considering the work he had to do, and it was an Emergency job.We just can't say Thank you enough to Mark, and you just don't meet people like him anymore! Excellent repair shop, very responsive and knowledgeable. I have serviced all our family cars with the owner at Creative Car Care in Scarborough. We have several Honda's, Fords and Chryslers he has done an excellent job. He is low cost, and fair on the charges. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark's service capabilities.
