Calvin and his crew did a great job in moving me to my new apartment. They arrived on time, never stopped working and were very pleasant the whole time they were working. I will definitely recommend Integrity Movers for anyone. The property manager at my apartment recommended them and I'm glad she did.

We went with Integrity for no other reason than to support the local company. Glad we did . 4 Man crew of Tyler, the other Tyler, Jake and Gage were fantastic to work with. They were efficient, careful and asked us questions rather than wait to be "told" anything. Ken, the owner showed up onsite during the pack out to check on his us and his team. Estimate and bill were equal. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrity Movers to friends or family. Good guys, good company, involved ownership.

Our experience with Integrity Movers was nothing short of an absolute nightmare. We deeply regret hiring them for a residential move and caution anyone looking for honest, quality movers to look elsewhere immediately. They did not provide the services advertised, failed to bring enough labor to complete our job, could not pack boxes properly, provided a false estimate, and broke/damaged numerous items. Worse yet, when these issues were brought to the attention of the owner (Ken), the only remedy offered was to remove 90 minutes of labor. We have moved over 14 times before this experience (both with military and civilian and military movers) and have never before encountered this level of unprofessionalism in a moving company. Here are the facts:First, we were scheduled (by contract) to have two trucks and five movers on site for a two-day move. On day one, only two movers showed up with one truck at 11:30 instead of 9:30 as promised. This caused a negative ripple effect that delayed our entire move by a full day. An additional crew was brought in to help in the late afternoon of day one, but they clearly were not experienced residential movers. Because the crew was not able to complete the move in the allotted time with their inexperienced team, and due to the fact that they showed up late every day, they were not able to complete our move in two days. They left numerous items (basketball hoop, grill, artwork, porch furniture, items in the shed and garage, bedding, books) scattered throughout the property. They then charged us an additional $850 to return on a separate day to pick up these items, even though the items should have been included in the original move.Second, most of the crew was unprofessional and inexperienced. While on the clock, they took a football from our garage and engaged in a game of pass in our front yard instead of completing the packing we were paying them for. At one point I caught one of the movers reading from my teenage daughter's books to his friends instead of packing. They removed their shirts and dripped sweat over all our belongings. We discovered THC vape jules in our garage, which we can only assume (based on the smell of our property) were used while individuals were on the job. Most frustratingly, most of the crew did not know how to pack a box. Items from different rooms were thrown into the same box (lamps with underwear, a printer with two random shoes, books piled on top of two laptops that may have crushed the screens). The majority of these boxes included zero packing material, which resulted in numerous broken items and complete chaos when unpacking. Boxes were unlabeled and, when they arrived at our new house, we had to physically get into the truck, help open boxes, and try to direct some of them to appropriate rooms to assist a team lead who was completely overwhelmed. Furniture, mirrors, lamps, and pictures were dumped into the truck with zero packing materials or wrapping and completely destroyed. Some large boxes were packed with one item (e.g., a box of paper plates or napkins) and marked “glass” which was a complete waste of space and material.Third, we specifically hired Integrity Movers because they advertise the ability to effectively move pianos. They were unable to move a baby grand piano from our basement despite viewing the piano prior to the move and assuring us that they would be able to move it. In addition, they placed boxes on top of the piano and drug them across the top, effectively destroying the finish. Because they were unable to complete the move, the damaged piano had to be gifted to the new owners because there was not enough time to hire new movers before closing and no alternative, workable solutions were presented by Integrity Movers.Throughout the process, issues were communicated to the owner (Ken) and our estimator, neither of whom were helpful in resolving any issues. This move was an unmitigated disaster.

We hired Integrity at our realtor's recommendation, and we couldn't be happier. Pat came to our apartment in Gray and provided a reasonable estimate. The 3-person crew (Jake, Gage, and Tyler) were prompt and incredibly polite, professional, and quick. If we ever move again, we wouldnt hesitate to call Integrity. We heartily recommend them and really appreciate the crew's hard work. Thanks for making our move so easy!

Every step of the moving process with Integrity was superb. Ken, the President came out and reviewed our moving requirements and developed an estimate. The next day we had a firm quote and date for the move. On moving day the crew handled all of our possessions with care and delivered, and unloaded them at our new home. After 14 Navy moves, this one was one of the best. Trust Integrity with your business - you will be very happy.

We have moved twice in the past couple years with Integrity. Both times the crew has been great. Tyler, Auger(Sp?), and Jake know their stuff: they are masters at packing and artists when it comes to safely fitting things together. And an added plus is that they are all very agreeable people. I cannot speak highly enough of them or the company as a whole.

Loved this company when I used them 6 years ago. Used them this year and everything was fine during loading of furniture. Things were delivered to storage unit and there was no organization when putting things in the unit. Things were put everywhere. And they were vaping while unloading the truck.

I 100% regret hiring this company, Integrity Movers.Details:1: The size of the move was approximately a small 2 Car Garage size worth of tools, workbenches, tools chests, and one CNC machine.2: The travel distance was 53.7 miles.3: Three-person crew took a total time of 9.25 hours ($250/hr), for a small box truck worth of items. (So small they had to use my pickup truck for a few items.)4: Be prepared to pay $250 for a lunch break for your crew.5: The final bill was $600 over original estimated cost at $2,469.6: Items were damaged, and I did not receive a call back after notifying management.I’m not one to call for movers to sprint around, but for a three-person crew to take almost 10 hours to move a small box truck is crazy. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I had a four bedroom home packed and loaded in the same time it took them to move a significantly smaller load. Almost as if they purposely dragged their feet to get the most money out of the move. Further demonstrated by not getting a call back from management and lack of respect for their customers. The irony of their business name is not lost on me either.Bottom Line: Do not use this moving company. If you decide to risk it, expect to pay way over your estimate and if anything is damaged or you have questions post move, you will only hear crickets. It's shame they would take advantage of a disabled veteran or anyone for that matter. Stay safe out there and make informed decisions.

Unfortunately, leaving a king-size heavy mattress with an adjustable base in this manner resulted in my fractured finger and sleeping on a floor. Today is the day 16 post move. I'm unclear as to how/why insurance would be able to come in and assemble a bed that was disassembled by the team. I believe you are responsible for setting up furniture that was broken down and moved. Additionally, they were asset tagged and boxed by the team and not part of the boxes packed ahead of time. Insurance also doesn't explain your commitment to reassembling the bed with the parts, only to then ask to have my brothers handle this as it's too much time and money to send the team back down to finish the job. KEN, I'm happy to be providing the full communication thread between myself and all employees at Integrity Movers if this helps you understand.

I have absolutely nothing but the highest praise for Integrity Movers. We were moving everything from our three-bedroom home in Freeport to a new condo in Gorham. Pat Turner, General Manager, came to our home and gave us a very reasonable quote that had a team of movers packing us one day, loading the truck the next day, and delivering and unloading a day later. His team of Tyler, Tyler, and Jake were consummate professionals who handled all of our possessions with care. And they were fast! They would literally run from the truck back into the house for the next load. They were so efficient, they were able to reduce the entire process from three days to two, which saved us the expense of a hotel room. On the second day, they unloaded their truck as carefully, and rapidly as they had loaded it the day before. The move was nearly 100% without damage. The only mishap was a drawer glide on one of the platform bed drawers was damaged when the bed was reassembled. Tyler offered to have the entire bed replaced, but I suggested that it could be easily repaired. Pat interceded and had a carpenter come to the house and he totally fixed the situation. When I got the bill from them, it was significantly less than the estimate! If I EVER have to move again, I will not hesitate to use Integrity Movers. They live up to their name and I give them my strongest recommendation!

Amazing experience with our move from Portland to South Portland recently. Booking and follow up from their team was efficient, easy, and convenient (all digital platform, text reminders). The movers themselves were super professional and hit their time estimate perfectly, even with a few curveballs we gave them during the move. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I can't say enough good things about Integrity Movers. Pat, the operations manager, came out ahead of time to take a look at our space and generate a competitive quote for a partial pack and move. Reviewing the quote and scheduling the move couldn't have been easier, and when moving day came, the team was friendly and efficient -- they even finished ahead of schedule. Having moved four times in the past five years, I've experienced my fair share of movers, and this team is the real deal. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to take the stress out of moving!
