Purchased my certified Land Rover Discovery from here in May of 2022. I started noticinga very sporadic issue with the vehicle which resulted in some visits to the service department. While the problem was a bit unique and caused some frustration for all parties I couldn’t have been happier with the diligence and patience I received from this amazing service department. Brian, Joel, Lisa and the techs all listened to my concerns, worked on identifying the problem and found the solution to remedy. Communication was top notch and felt they were truly invested and getting my car safe and me happy! I wouldHighly recommend this team at Land Rover Scarborough!

The entire staff at Land Rover Scarborough provided exceptional service when a blowout on my i-Pace with p-zero tires stranded me in Portland. They were able to find tires and have them rushed in to get me back on the road.

We bought a Jaguar F-Pace in 2021 from our salesman Mich who was an absolutely 5 star! We traded our Jaguar in a few months ago and went to redeem our extended warranty and they told us that we didn’t have one but that we had a dent and key replacement plan. The finance manager we dealt with when attempting to cancel our extended warranty plan informed us that we in fact didn’t have a extended warranty plan and told us the plan we had was not able to be canceled for credit was in fact wrong. We brought proof of redemption back for our policy and a random salesman reviewed the paperwork we brought in then immediately had the manager who told us that it wasn’t cancellable call us and tell us that we were in fact correct made us know that they were trying to pull one over on us. We had to review our contract and write a letter to get our money back. The biggest error here is probably on ourselves for not reading the paperwork. The finance manager who finalized our sale filled out paperwork for the plan which best suited her wallet for a bonus and not what we actually asked for. If we actually needed extended warranty work done we’d be up the creek for her financial gain. When we went back she was no longer employed there and they offered us no remedy besides oh well. Don’t do business here.

The worst customer service experience ever. The service manager Lisa was not friendly or understanding at all. She hung up on me No “ customer is right” anymore. Will never buy Range Rover ever again. Rude managers and employees. For an elite car dealer I have been treated better at McDonald’s. I am extremely disgusted appalled and dissatisfied with this dealer! From the beginning to booking service I was tossed around. Not updated. Couldn’t take the loaner home 1.5hrs away but could take my broken wire harness evoque home. What a disaster. Then service manager of no help or understanding stay away !!! OH and how nice of the manager to read the reviews and promptly respond but you cannot get that service there at all. horrible service and experience. All the manager said to us was that the phone call was recorded-well how nice is that of range rover. Nice response-he will use that for further feedback. They did not want to give a loaner while i live far away until my car was fixed but i can drive it broken and dangerous-that sounds reasonable. I was on hold for service manager for 15 plus minutes then disconnected and when i called back before closing --no answer. I received my car back fixed the suspension light warning but my airbag light still on-called Joel who said Lisa the service manager is on a call will call you back--waited 5 plus hours for a call and she was surprised I was upset and angry-U BET!!! and she raised her voice as much as I did. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !!! Horrible place never recommend ever EVER!! and THE BEST PART ISIF YOU LOOK AT THE OTHER LOW RATE REVIEWS THE MANAGER RESPONSE IS THE SAME---SO SORRY WILL USE AS FEEDBACK--REALLY! DISGUSTING TRY COMPASSION FOR YOUR ELITE GROUP OF CUSTOMERS

Despite being over tasked with vehicles taking ill on vacationers visiting the north east, the service team worked hard to prioritize the work fairly. Once they were able to clear some space and take a look at the vehicle, it turned out that they happened to have the required parts in stock and quickly addressed the vehicles issues. With the line of vehicles checked in, I'm sure there are some folks that aren't going to share my opinion. However one can't blame them for an unexpected surge in service requests. That said, the service staff were very kind and professional, even with the pressure they were under, and we were very blessed to return to our vacation. I would recommend them over any generalized service center in the area and "I thank them very much" for their professional support.

The purchase of my 2023 Defender was the second experience I had with Misch Blackman. The first was in 2018 when I purchased my pre-owned VW Touareg when I was just finishing my training and getting my feet under me. Despite it being a small sale, he was endlessly accommodating and worked out major complications with the previous owner's title that I couldn't have navigated alone. Since then, my career has continued to grow and I was finally in a place to comfortably purchase the vehicle that I've longed for since I was 12...a Land Rover Defender. I immediately reached back out to Misch in March 2023 and was immediately instructed to build out a model and within a week the truck was ordered. After a four month build period, I'm now coasting between the Green Mountains of VT to the my hometown on the Midcoast.Though not the Defender I remember as a kid, it's been perfect. Misch again came through with not only the vehicle I ordered but we were able to add on features that weren't originally available at the time I submitted the order. He's not only an outstanding representative for Scarborough Land Rover, but a truly standout human with a genuine appreciation and enthusiasm for these vehicles. I'm looking forward to many more experiences working this gentleman and also recommending friends and family in his direction.

Misch is a wonderful person and we got an amazing car and it was truly an awesome experience. Mark is an outstanding and knowledgeable manager who explained the process well. This was a very important day in our lives. So much more than just car buying. Life affirming. The only reason we came to Maine.

First time at this dealership and the experience was top notch. Brought our car in for servicing, and Joel was incredibly helpful and professional. When we were contacted with an issue, the problem was explained well and we felt it was a necessary fix, even though it was going to be costly.Justin in Parts was also extremely helpful in explaining the off-road capabilities of our LR3 vs LR4 when I asked questions.Overall, the service here far surpassed any other Land Rover dealership we have been to.

My experience with this dealership started rocky. Once I was switched to sales guide Mikhail Blackman every ounce of my reluctance dissipated. This man was SO CHILL. Not pushy, listens to the customer, super kind, knowledgeable - he made our entire experience a pleasant one, and we will absolutely return to this location as long as he’s there! Highly recommend. (Note ladies: He’s single and husband material. Go shop here. For a new whip & a husband!)
